She was quick, careful, and applied witch hazel to the affected areas afterward, which is always appreciated! Total was $16, which I tipped extra as well. All done within 10 minutes, door-to-door. Very fast eyebrow threading session today. Wanted a little bit of cleanup and the lady working did it for me very efficiently. There is a lot of parking in the lot. This location accepts Apple/Samsung pay and there are yelp checkin specials ($2 off brow threading) In my opinion, the threading was a little more painful than other boutiques I've visited, maybe just the type of string she was using. She was one of my faves and yet both she and i became pregnant around the same time and either she took leave or i stopped going so far bc of new baby, idk which came first but....my brows are SO HAPPY we're reunited 5 years later. I did not appreciate that she did my eyebrows very quickly and when I checked in my car mirror there were still few hair lefts, and did not even asked me if I wanted my eyebrows filled in. She did took a long time with the previous client who she seemed to know and both were speaking French instead of English. Found this place on Yelp and haven't disappointed me the times I've went, which is only 3. But for me to make this drive out here, it's worth it. Here's a secret - Friday's they have an eyebrow happy hour special from 10-12p, and it's only $8! Eyebrows are usually $10 and both ladies that I've been with have done an amazing job on my eyebrows. They are very nice and friendly as well. There's no sign in, so it's basically a first come first serve type service, and everyone is usually good about who came in first. I had Nisha work on my brows at least 3 or more of those times! I was always super excited when I walked in and she was working! There was never awkwardness, as the ladies are always super kind. They always ask if you like your brows at the end and if there's anything else you want taken off, and never assume before taking off too much- which I find to be very respectful. I came here to get my upper lip theaded and ended up with tiny cuts all around my lip,if i knew the lady was going to cut my skin with the thread i would not have gotten in her chair,i left the place feeling like i would have been better off with the hair on my lip rather than having tiny cuts all around my lips,the cuts scabbed up around my lip and looked horrible the next day...obviously the lady had no idea what she was doing...definitely not coming back here again and would not recommend to anyone. read more

This place is great! There was no line and I am always skeptical of trying threading places because of bad experiences but they were great! I got my eyebrows, lip and chin and for those ladies that know how much the lip hurts- this one is for u: she did it so quick and I honestly have NEVER been to a threading place where the lip thread did NOT hurt!! Needless to say...I will definitely be going back to this place even though it's way out of my area. (It's in Rancho Bernardo and I'm in Chula Vista). I was thinking of not ever getting my lip done again due to how much it hurt but she has restored my desire to get it done now!! :) so how can I turn that down just for a drive? There is so much parking available for this place. It's in a small shopping center and I went on a Saturday around 2pm. The entire bill was $21.00 and I tipped her $2.00 so $23.00 is not bad at all! I was so happy to hear they opened a location in Rancho Bernardo. I would to go their San Marcos location when I lived there. This location has lots of parking and is located near the Barons Marketplace. It was a little challenging to find it, it is on the right side of the market. My go-to person is Aseela. She is very meticulous and makes sure that she does a thorough job when she threads. I truly appreciate that she double checks as she's cleaning up my eyebrows and really takes into account my concerns. I would recommend asking for her. My eyebrows have not been messed up once in the three years I have been going to them. The prices are reasonable and they take cash and debit/credit cards. I work in Rancho Bernardo and this location just opened up a couple of months ago and this was my first time coming here. I'm so excited to have a threading place so close to work. I came here at lunch and walked right in. The lady was super nice and she did my eyebrows within 15 minutes. She even filled in the areas that needed help and gave me tips on how to maintain the shape. It's located right next to Baron's market on Rancho Bernardo Road. My experience was just okay. My brows were being incredibly neglected so I decided to treat myself at SkyBrows. When I arrived, there was only one person working on one person in the seat, so I was next in line. When the person in the chair finished, not gonna lie, she took a while to pay but I had no where else to be so I didn't care. Two more guests came through the door while I was still waiting so now there was a line of us waiting. When I finally got into the seat, I had my brows and upper lip done. She was incredibly fast, it was less than 2 minutes. I should've known something was up by then. She rushed me out of the chair to pay and kept me moving so she can move onto the next guest. I didn't get a clear look at the results while I was there but as soon as I got home I noticed she missed quite a bit of hair. The only good thing is that she left clear lines so I was able to tweeze the rest but that's not what I paid for. I wouldn't go back for a half done job especially since their check-in discount doesn't work. It's not worth the full price. read more

Today I came in and Nilab was covering a shift. She is from the San Marcos location. I am so glad to have come in when I did! I have pretty thin and straight brows, and she totally changed that for me. She consulted with me about what she would do, and why it would look good on me. She was careful not to make them any more thin than they are. She then filled them in with their brow powder and WOW was it amazing! It felt weird having arched and full brows LOL! Even purchased the brow powder and brush. Definitely will be driving up to SM to keep up my awesome brows with Nilab. read more

I tried this brow place out after going to the same place I had before 3 times, with each time being a declining experience. There was no one else in the store but was greeted promptly and was seated at a chair. The lady (I didn't catch her name but it was a Thursday afternoon when I went) was thorough in asking me how I like my brows shaped, if I've done threading before, etc. I was honest with her and had let her know that I grew them out because the last time I went to my usual spot, the lady didn't listen and ended up taking off way more than I was comfortable with. So she took her time and after doing one eye, gave me a mirror to check. So far so good...She does the other eye and again, mirror checked. We discussed taking off another row of hair if I wanted but she explained to me that if I did, the arch and length may be great on one eye, but on the other eye it won't look symmetrical. (yes unfortunately I'm one of those people who don't have the same length or arch on both eyes brows so we have to play with a fine line in order to keep my brows natural and full looking.) We decided that we'd leave them as she had completed it and then next time when I return we'd try taking off a little more to see if I like it better. The lady I noticed always checked her "brow lines/angles" with her thread and looked at me straight on to assess symmetry. She took her time and was thorough and didn't break her thread once. It's been a little over a week so far and I haven't noticed any growth yet (which means she didn't break any random hair on the shaft, she actually pulled the hair out from its root). I used a coupon I got in the coupon book mailers so ended up paying $13 for brows and upper lip (a $2 savings). I'll come back again to see if the experience and satisfaction is the same as it was this first time. read more
