Lo and behold, the new unit developed a refrigerant leak and stopped cooling when it was 105 degrees today - and we had guests arriving today. There were a number of complications as their repair techs have been very busy, however, Katie did an amazing job working with us today. She started with us at 7am to coordinate a technician visit. There were complications on their end with sourcing the refrigerant and originally was going to be until tomorrow to finalize the job. We explained that this was going to cost us revenue due to reimbursing guests. She took that to heart, personally went to their storage facility to procure the materials, and then coordinated the work this evening. And to top it off, she called just now at 8:30pm to close the loop and insure we knew it was fixed and tested. KATIE IS A SUNLOGIX ROCKSTAR... please give her and the team a big raise. Caitlin Kelley the rep for Sunlogix won the bid as she was thorough with her explanations and understood what we were solving for. The other major factor is the fact that they are local. Once the decision was made the process was smooth and seamless. Caitlin was always available to answer questions and her understanding of her product was impressive. It was also impressive that she understood her competition and could address many things we were told by others. While Sunlogix was not the cheapest bid, we felt that their being local was worth a small premium. On the installation side the crew was terrific. When I heard that Renova has been reborn as Mycrogrid I decided to talk to them about their battery backup system. The system went on line about 10 days ago and it's already covered me during 3 power outages! I now know that I'm safely covered in case of any outages, which is comforting in dealing with our extreme heat - AC stays on, fridge is working and it comes on so quickly that I didn't even know that the power was out until a neighbor called me! Their service and communication are both excellent. Every employee is very experienced and knowledgeable and I recommend them highly.

When I moved here in 2018 I was advised that due to IIDs Solar Policy and Cost of Solar equipment it didn't make financial sense due to the high roi. I had called around several companies for quotes and I will say all but one "big" company was really friendly to work with. Supreme Solar was a cut above the rest. I worked with Mohamed and from day one he took tremendous amounts of time to ensure I understood this whole new world of Solar and came up with a system that fully fit our needs today but also with some room for the future. He also had no problems with repeating the same presentation and showing the financial benefits. There was no pressure just providing information and allowed us to make the decision based on that information and for us it seemed to make financial sense so we ended up going for it. Pricing I felt was more then fair and this company offers many options to ensure solar can be affordable and work for different situations. They offer a unique program that other companies couldn't even touch which allowed us to get a 32 panel and 3 battery setup. Financing: Paperwork was all docusign so it was super easy to complete...almost too easy. No issues with Financing at all other then the company may call asking if they are cleared to begin billing as you near your install date but Mohamed informed me when to give them the all clear. Installation: Mohamed was very transparent on the timelines of the install occurring and they were right on schedule with no snags. The installers were on time and did a wonderful job in getting the system installed in two days and then they had everything all cleaned and painted for inspection. They were also super friendly and was very informative on whag they planned to do to ensure I was comfortable. They passed inspection without issues. Kudos to Samantha for dealing with my HOA and the City in getting everything all setup. She is extremely organized and very easy to work with. She was also very kind and willing to help anyway she can. Ease of use: I choose a solaredge system which uses an app displays everything I need in a very straightforward fashion. I also love how I can track the performance of the individual panels. Whats also nice is Surpeme Solar will monitor the system as well and if they see a problem they will address is without issue or me having to call them. I added a screenshot showing my systems performance so you can see how easy it is to understand. Overall I am very pleased with my decision to work with Surpeme Solar. They have been nothing but honest and trustworthy. I definitely will be recommending them to anyone who asks about how they are to work with. I can't wait to see my power bill shrink.
