I called 4 different carpet cleaning companies and decided to go with Chris not only because his prices were fair but he was super friendly and even offered to come out the same day. Chris sent me a text 15 min before arriving and was right on time. He was also concerned about how my cat was handling the situation and made sure he was safe as the front door had to be left open during the service. It's been 24 hours and my carpets are almost like new. All spots and dirt gone and smells fresh. Chris even moved a lot of items out of the way and threw in some extra "here's and there's" to make things liveable on my budget. Awesome sauce!! The owner Chris went above and beyond on my carpet and tile clean. Had him come back out to remove a stain on a couch that I had forgot to mention the first time he was there (my fault not his) and he came back out and removed the stain like it was never there, and only charged me twenty bucks. (actually he said no extra charge, but I had to force the $20 on him). Anyways, long story short, Chris is a straight shooter and does great work, and based on my personal experience I recommend his services. PS: he also cleaned my pool tile and did a fabulous job on that as well. He used a high pressure sand blasting method and it took 10 years worth of hard water stains off so basically looks like new. read more

Chris and his one other staff came to my house in Palm Springs. He was super professional and very fair. He did a great job getting out the stains in my carpet with his steaming and special stain remover. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend Bubbles and would use them again for sure in the future. He went above and beyond and was not in a hurry making sure every part of the carpet looked great. Chris is a phenomenal guy. He is very timely and responsive and his work is exceptional and reasonably priced. He keeps my pool spotless for my guests. He has changed his schedule to accommodate my guests to clean the pool outside of the normal schedule. He is very attentive and keeps an eye out for things that need fixing around the property, which has been extremely valuable since he works on my rental property and I am not there all the time.
