Daniel did a great job for a very good price. We are very happy with his work and will use him going forward. We moved to PS full time last year from San Francisco. Taking into account we moved from one of the most expensive cities in the world and have been involved in construction and remodeling for decades we have encountered a lot of ridiculous price quotes here for various types of work. We have also heard of a lot of price gouging of retired or older people here...... it's pretty sad.
