I used AEG Window Cleaning for the last 5 years to clean solar panels, interior and exterior windows, mirrors and sliding doors throughout our single-family house. We were one of the Company's initial customers and referred several others to Adrian over the years. We had him scheduled to do the reoccurring cleaning work at scheduled intervals throughout the year. Over the last year I began to notice a decline in the overall quality of their work including an instance of a worker talking on his cell phone during the entire time he was billing us to clean the windows. Most recently, after speaking with Adrian directly and confirming the next day's cleaning appointment, he and his crew failed to show up. More importantly, he made no attempt to contact us or return numerous inquiries about the status of our previously scheduled work. We were very disappointed with AEG's unprofessionalism but have secured the services of another local small business to do the work. Surprising, we seen the benefits of a much-improved quality of glass cleaning especially involving the solar panels and for a lower cost. If it can happen to one, it can happen to any of AEG clients. I have contracted with Adrian and his Company-AEG for the last 4 and half-years to clean all of the windows (inside and exterior), screens, sliding doors and tracks, ceiling to floor mirrors and glass etageres located throughout the interior of the house located in Indian Wells. He has performed that service on a regularly scheduled basis. Each time he arrives promptly, works efficiently and delivers an excellent clean product. Two years ago, I asked Adrian to expand the scope of his services to include cleaning the 32-roof mounted solar panels. I previously contracted with the solar company to provide those services, but their price became too expensive. Adrian researched the right cleaning products for the panels and discussed them with the installer prior to cleaning the panels. Once again, he has done an excellent cleaning job and I can track the increase in solar production every time he finishes a cleaning. Adrian is a young, local, small business owner, and entrepreneur that provides an excellent cost-effective product and service. Adrian got right back with me and stayed on top of following thru with me and coming by my house to give it a look. He was on time with his calls and bid. He showed up early and stayed till it was done. 6 Hours.. Amazing... he had a razor on every single piece of glass in the house.
