Busy Bugs Window Cleaning - Window Washing Near Me - Palm Springs , California

I moved in 3 months ago and as much cleaning as I needed to do, windows were not the priority. I also, did not want to impose that job on anyone in 115 degree temperature. I called on Monday, got a real person and we arranged if the quote was acceptable I would have them cleaned at that time. Eddie and Felippe arrived on time. They considered it a cleanup and it would cost a bit more. They started to work. This was no easy task as whoever painted before I moved in splattered paint on the windows. They preceeded to clean, scrub and vacuum. They cleaned the windows, screens and railings. Aside from being really nice men with a great work ethic they really work clean with laying down towels and wearing booties. I can't wait for the next time I need my windows cleaned. I am sure it will be a breeze after this cleaning. read more

Well here is my update as of 4/16/14. Had appt. scheduled for today at 2pm. Appt. made 2 weeks ago. Was home at 10:00am for remainder of day and moved some items away from windows for easy access. No show by 2:15pm so I called him. He answered and said he was sick & that he had tried to call me but no message machine was on. I said I had been home since 10am & phone never rang + my message machine was on. Sorry to hear he was ill but very annoyed that he wasn't forthright about contacting me. He said he felt better & would come once we hung up but he would have been alone w/no helper & temps were in mid 90's. I also felt it would have taken him twice as long to do my job with all my windows so I declined. I really wanted to use you Eddie but hate made up stories. Elected to try someone else. read more

Eddie with Busy Bugs did a great job at my condo in Palm Springs. Three large sliders and about ten or so other windows, depending on how you count them. (Plate glass areas next to the sliders are considered one big window by some washers.) He cleaned the windows and screens. The price was fair for the effort they put into doing a good job. read more

Stop here! Do not look any further if you're looking for a window cleaner!! Eddie is THE BEST window cleaner ever!! Was lucky enough to schedule a same-day appointment. He completed a post-renovation all windows and slider cleaning in approximately 4-4.5 hrs. To say the before and after is AMAZING is not saying enough. He is the most professional, well-mannered and considerate guy! It was a joy to work with him and will definitely use him for semi-annual window cleaning. His rate is more than reasonable for the service he provides. I also like/prefer that he works alone-I find managing teams to be a bit overwhelming. What a gem!! Thank you Eddie!! read more

Eddie did an amazing job. Our windows hadn't been cleaned in years. He took the time not only to clean each one, but to report back on screens that needed to be fixed, a broken seal in one window, and a few other items I would never have noticed. He communicated every step of the way from estimate to finishing the job, was on time, polite, and hard working. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you Eddie! read more

Extremely Impressed! Found Busy Bugs on a Google search and sent an email to request pricing. Eddie called me within 30 min, and was to my house within an hour to write up an estimate. What great prices!! He's by far one of the least expensive window companies I know of that is licensed and insured here in the desert. He and his employee showed up 10 minutes early this morning and did a thorough job with my windows. Inside, outside, tracks, and he even washed the screens with a special screen cleaner! Very friendly and professional; I will be calling Busy Bugs for all my future window cleaning needs. read more

What a great experience. After reading the great reviews I requested a quote from Eddie. I had it in minutes and scheduled an appointment to perform the work. Eddie arrived about 10 minutes early and started immediately. Despite the crazy heat they saved the solar panels for second and started on the exterior of the windows. When they were complete they attacked the solar panels and finished up inside where, thankfully at 110 degrees, there was air conditioning. Start to finish it was about 3 hours and they worked non-stop. I'm delighted with EVERYTHING and would highly recommend them to my friends. Prompt, courteous and professional. read more

Eddie did a wonderful job on our windows. They were crusted with calcium deposits and I thought they were a total loss but Eddie was able to have them looking new. Thanks Eddie. read more

Eddie came yesterday on same-day call...nice, polite man. I did not get a quote before the work started. He charged $270 for a job we have paid Randle's Window Cleaning of La Quinta $120.
