I hired Landy's Window Cleaning to do the first clean on my all my new windows. Unfortunately, his…read morecleaning method resulted in the scratching of the UV film that comes on high end Milgard windows. Landy later tried to blame his damages on the installers - 18 months before his arrival. I pressed him by asking that "if there had been preexisting damage, why did you not point it out or document it before starting the job?!?!" Naturally the answer is because there wasn't any damage before he started the job. Landy later provided me his insurance information so I could file a claim for the $19k in damages. His insurance company denied the claim citing that; "... poor workmanship is not covered in this policy!". Once Landy learned the claim was denied, he never offered to reimburse me what was paid, or to arrange for payment himself. Instead, I was ghosted. Should you choose to use his services, I would recommend a pre-service walk through since he will only blame others for his damages. Beware!

We have a home with very tall windows facing the golf course which gets pummeled during the winds and monsoon weather and also when my husband hoses off the patio, causing hard water droplets to form. We've had different window cleaning companies drop by offering a free service to give them a chance, but we are loyal Squeegee Masters customers. From the dust and dirt in the air to the occasional sprinkle, keeping the windows clean is something that is hard to keep up with. After looking at several other businesses available in my area, we selected CxN to tackle our home. After my initial inquiry I received a very competitive quote, and scheduled the appointment. As promised, Chris arrived to our home on-time and quickly began the job of cleaning the inside and outside of our windows. Again, a two story home does not make for cleaning the outside of windows easy. Chris had all of the right equipment to make this job easier and our windows began to shine once again. It's amazing how clear the glass was and our incredible Mountain View was vastly improved. The pricing we received was a great value considering how much attention to detail was taken to ensure that every window was shining and no mess from the working being done. Needless to say, we talked to Chris about a regular schedule to have our windows cleaned and now have that reoccurring appointment that will make our home shine. Thanks to CxN Window and Driveway, we can see all the beauty that desert living can give. Cheers to CxN on a job well done!!!
