They did an outstanding job cleaning both my carpet and ceramic tile. Also I have a carpeted spiral staircase and I'm sure that was a challenge. The cost for the work was reasonable. I highly recommend. read more

Bob made time in his schedule to accommodate a last minute appointment when we found stains on the carpet from a tenant who moved out. He got out all the stains, was kind and fast and fair on pricing. Definitely will be using from here on out. Thank you so much you helped so much!! read more

The office I work at has used ACE for many years. We could easily ask our janitorial service to clean our offices, but ACE does such an excellent high quality job for a great price... why would we go anywhere else?! The carpets are so clean! Even in high worn down foot traffic areas. I really appreciate their above and beyond style of customer service and I definitely recommend them! read more

This is the second time we've used this company for cleaning our carpets, (we have big dogs:). They were originally recommended to us by a neighbor that manages property and she's never steered us wrong. Both Robert and his son Eric did an excellent job. They did a great job and I was comfortable with the process. The only thing I will say that I did not like it was the orange cleaner they used. I know they were using it to remove some stains but the smell drove me out of the house and I actually couldn't sleep there that night. Next time I will ask for a different cleaning solution read more

We have been using Bob Cullen's carpet / tile cleaning services for over ten years and can say he is the best in the business! He is flat out straightforward honest, has reasonable pricing and takes great pride in the job he performs. My partner was in the interior decorating business and is very careful (picky !!) about anyone we would hire to work in our home. I am always amazed and delighted at how our carpets and tile look after we have had them cleaned! ACE is the place.... read more

Robert's son Erik came out in a pinch emergency cleaning to get some droplets blood out of a wool carpet. Called and fortunately just finished a job and came straight here! Polite and courteous and told me it could show up once dry. He said for blood sometimes you have to clean it a few times to get it out. And not always guaranteed. If it does come back he said give me a call and I for sure will. Thank you Erik!! read more

Bob was a referral from a fellow real estate agent. I checked his reviews and they were very positive. Unfortunately, mine is not. On the plus side, Bob did a good job and was quite reasonable. Also, he did volunteer to clean stains on the fabric on 2 cushions. One was successful and one wasn't. However, it was his attitude and demeanor that I found offensive. He swears a lot. Worse, he expressed discriminatory feelings towards certain groups of people. He comes across as an angry person with a chip on his shoulder. Also, he failed and refused to move any furniture--even lightweight chairs and a waste basket! So he just cleaned the area around things. I did all the heavy lifting. (I'm a 69 year old female.) I was initially considering asking him for an estimate on cleaning the tile floor, but not after this experience. read more

Erik answered his phone when I called, texted back like he said he would, made an appointment quickly ( I called yesterday and he did the carpets today), and showed up on time. He is courteous and helpful and even added a couple of last minute items (shower tile and car seats) with no problem at all. The carpets look great and the price was more than fair. I highly recommend this business and would use again. read more

We contracted with Ace Carpet Cleaning for our full house tile floors. Bob & Erik were very professional, and extremely easy to work with. They cleaned all the grout, including the repair of many areas where grout was missing or failing, as well as sealed everything. We recommend them highly. read more

Reasonably priced, on-time, and did a good job, cleaning both carpet and a sectional sofa. I would recommend Ace and would use again.

We were referred to Ace Carpet Cleaning from friends of ours that live in our complex. They were totally pleased with the work that Ace had done (Tile and Carpet cleaning) for them. We called and just like some of the reviews state, we talked directly with Eric. He was polite and asked when we needed them, he scheduled us on the day we requested and again just like some of the reviews state he showed up right on time. As our house is mostly tile that was our main concern as the grout look really dirty, long story short our tile and grout look brand new and the carpets also look new. We would give them a 10 star review if we could. Oh, also the price was really reasonable, we know of a few people that have paid sometimes double what Ace charged us, now we aren't saying they are cheap, but for the quality of the job they do, it is cheap read more

Best service from a carpet cleaner I've ever had. He didn't try to up-charge me on anything like "pre-treat spray". Bob, owner of Ace Carpet Cleaners came highly recommended to me via a review I read on the Internet. I called and got an estimate over the phone, which I thought was fair. Bob did a great job and didn't take forever to do it. There was a nasty stain in one of the rooms. Bob did the best he could, but said it might come back in a few days. If it did, to call him, and he'd continue to come out until it was gone. He kept his word. His prices are great and he's highly skilled. read more
