Robert's son Erik came out in a pinch emergency cleaning to get some droplets blood out of a wool carpet. Called and fortunately just finished a job and came straight here! Polite and courteous and told me it could show up once dry. He said for blood sometimes you have to clean it a few times to get it out. And not always guaranteed. Bob was a referral from a fellow real estate agent. I checked his reviews and they were very positive. Unfortunately, mine is not. On the plus side, Bob did a good job and was quite reasonable. Also, he did volunteer to clean stains on the fabric on 2 cushions. One was successful and one wasn't. However, it was his attitude and demeanor that I found offensive. He swears a lot. Worse, he expressed discriminatory feelings towards certain groups of people. He comes across as an angry person with a chip on his shoulder. Also, he failed and refused to move any furniture--even lightweight chairs and a waste basket! So he just cleaned the area around things. I did all the heavy lifting. (I'm a 69 year old female.) He was polite and asked when we needed them, he scheduled us on the day we requested and again just like some of the reviews state he showed up right on time.
