One thing I do wish had been communicated to me upfront was that my white, fluffy rug would need to be cleaned very lightly because of the material and the possibility of yellowing. I completely understand being cautious with a rug like this, but I would have appreciated knowing beforehand that the cleaning might not result in a noticeable difference. Had I known that ahead of time, I could have decided whether I wanted to proceed with that particular rug. I think setting those expectations before the service would have made the experience even better. Robert was professional and pleasant to work with, and I wish him the best as he continues building his business. He is also currently offering 20% off for the summer, so it's a good time to book!
