We had Tony and his team out yesterday to do all the windows. They did a phenomenal job as always. The thing I appreciated the most is how careful and respectful they are. You can get cheaper services for sure but then you get bulls in a china shop. Almost everyone that comes to do Service damages something else. But that's not the case with Brite and clean. Brite & Clean has been cleaning my windows since I moved to Palm Springs in 2006. I have them scheduled every other month to do the windows on the outside. They also clean the screens and tracks. Their service is outstanding. When they do the windows on the inside, the technician wears booties. I have also used them to clean my solar panels. I just used them earlier this month to clean the tile in my pool. They did a fabulous job and only lowered the water level to below the tiles, didn't drain the pool. read more

I had (notice the past tense) badly-pitted and hard-water stained front windows. I called one window cleaner who basically threw his hands up in the air and told me I'd ruined my windows by hosing them off. It was obvious he didn't want to get involved with my problem. But before driving off he suggested I give Brite and Clean a call "they might be able to save your windows." I called them and they came out and assessed my situation and after spot cleaning a small area they said they were pretty sure they could salvage my windows. It took them about four hours but my windows look as good as new. Better than new. It was a bit pricey but far cheaper than replacing the windows. All my windows sparkle now. I'm thrilled and I highly recommend this company. read more

Fantastic company! Was at my neighbors house recently and I asked them when they had new windows put in and they replied "we didn't we hired this fantastic company called Bright & Clean" so I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment. Jared showed up exactly as scheduled (received a courtesy call 30 minutes prior) and he greeted me with my morning paper. Jared was very accommodating, he asked me where I'd like him to start. Since I was home with my 3 little ones I proposed he begin downstairs as I moved all the kid action upstairs. I did this to make it easy on him and keep them out of his way. Worked out perfect! As he finished the first window I couldn't believe the difference, looked like new! Called my wife to tell her how glad I was we hired them! All of our windows look new just like our neighbors now (except the sliding glass door that my kids immediately smudged as soon as Jared left which they do on a daily basis). But it looked great before that. After all of his hard work Jared went over the details and locations of possible trouble spots with a screen or two and specifics of other Windows that had slight water damage etc.. I will hire Bright and Clean every time I need need this service and ask for Jared. Very relaxed and professional and hard working. Raphael and Carlos were right on time (miracles do happen), professional, focused on the job, very thorough, prompt and worked together as a team throughout. These gentlemen came to my home to work and not waste their time and mine, which I appreciate as a busy person. They did a great job on a slab that has not been pressure-washed in 10 years. I was having a Halloween party and the week of the party I noticed my windows were disgustingly filthy. I texted Brite & Clean and they set me up for a cleaning the day of the party. I wasn't home so told them how to get in. They did an amazing job on my screens and windows and even cleaned a window that had years of minerals on it from sprinklers for a small extra fee that I thought was very fair. Recently, however, I made an appointment with them for a badly-needed deep cleaning of my windows, both inside and outside. I sent a request on their website to see if they come to Redlands. Got a call back in less than an hour. Yes! Redlands is in the area they serve. Tracy did a phone estimate for inside, outside with screens for our 1700 square foot house for between $160-$185. We scheduled an appt. Of course, it was raining on the big day. The cleaner (forgot his name) did the inside and we scheduled a different day (today) for him to come back and finish the outside and the screens. He did a fantastic job. He was able to remove some screens that we were unable to remove without bending them, so we had never cleaned the outside of those windows. He cleaned windows that we hadn't even asked him to clean (garage door). The onsite quote was $180, with a discount for the online coupon, the final cost was $162. Great company, great service. I'll never personally wash a window again. read more
