We had Tony and his team out yesterday to do all the windows. They did a phenomenal job as always. The thing I appreciated the most is how careful and respectful they are. You can get cheaper services for sure but then you get bulls in a china shop. Almost everyone that comes to do Service damages something else. But that's not the case with Brite and clean. They're quiet, clean, trustworthy, reliable and respectful. The office manager Tracy is also a gem. She doesn't like to say no or maybe she can hear the desperation in my voice when I call but she always works something out with the schedule to get us done. I appreciate the entire team. read more

Once again George from Brite and Clean did not disappoint! Windows are cleaned inside and out. No mess and Brite and Clean do a terrific job. Highly recommend. read more

The pleasant service starts with the intake of your request. It goes from there with timely confirmation and announcement of a worker who will be at your door. The worker is prompt on arrival, he is noticeably careful with your property and also careful in leaving everything as he found it. This was my second call for service and both times were equally pleasant and good quality.I would not hesitate recommend this service to anyone in the area. Prices are reasonable. We ha e used Brite n clean for years. They are known for excellent service, great technicians, quality products. I give them 5+stars!

Really awesome service Brite & Clean performed for us today. Our house is a large MCM with glass on all-sides, including a 2-story glass cube living room. The Brite and Clean team, led by Tony, did a great job with all our sliders, fixed panes, clerestories, many hard to reach areas. The window frames and slider tracks were all cleaned nicely. Really nice to deal with, especially Jessi in the office, on-time, neat, clean, polite, efficient. Really an outstanding job in all respects. Highly recommended! read more

Brite & Clean has been cleaning my windows since I moved to Palm Springs in 2006. I have them scheduled every other month to do the windows on the outside. They also clean the screens and tracks. Their service is outstanding. When they do the windows on the inside, the technician wears booties. I have also used them to clean my solar panels. I just used them earlier this month to clean the tile in my pool. They did a fabulous job and only lowered the water level to below the tiles, didn't drain the pool. read more

Awesome work! Showed up on time and really did a great job inside and out. Even added the solar panels at the last minute. Tim was so friendly and easy to work with. I knew immediately I could just unlock everything and let them have free access. Didn't bat an eye at the small 3rd floor windows and had the equipment to handle it. read more

I had (notice the past tense) badly-pitted and hard-water stained front windows. I called one window cleaner who basically threw his hands up in the air and told me I'd ruined my windows by hosing them off. It was obvious he didn't want to get involved with my problem. But before driving off he suggested I give Brite and Clean a call "they might be able to save your windows." I called them and they came out and assessed my situation and after spot cleaning a small area they said they were pretty sure they could salvage my windows. It took them about four hours but my windows look as good as new. Better than new. It was a bit pricey but far cheaper than replacing the windows. All my windows sparkle now. I'm thrilled and I highly recommend this company. read more

We have used this company for several years and they are the BEST. They are always reliable and they do a great job.

George finished cleaning our windows today, Arrived on time, was professional and did an excellent job. Appreciate their service.

Fantastic company! Was at my neighbors house recently and I asked them when they had new windows put in and they replied "we didn't we hired this fantastic company called Bright & Clean" so I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment. Jared showed up exactly as scheduled (received a courtesy call 30 minutes prior) and he greeted me with my morning paper. Jared was very accommodating, he asked me where I'd like him to start. Since I was home with my 3 little ones I proposed he begin downstairs as I moved all the kid action upstairs. I did this to make it easy on him and keep them out of his way. Worked out perfect! As he finished the first window I couldn't believe the difference, looked like new! Called my wife to tell her how glad I was we hired them! All of our windows look new just like our neighbors now (except the sliding glass door that my kids immediately smudged as soon as Jared left which they do on a daily basis). But it looked great before that. After all of his hard work Jared went over the details and locations of possible trouble spots with a screen or two and specifics of other Windows that had slight water damage etc.. I will hire Bright and Clean every time I need need this service and ask for Jared. Very relaxed and professional and hard working. Even gave me valuable advice on how to deter pigeons from lurching under my solar panels. 5 Stars!! read more

Brite and Clean Window Cleaning did the window of our home lead by "Tony" recently. Very much pleased with the job they performed. Traci, Tim and Tony were all very helpful and responsive when we were looking for a provider to mitigate our concerns of possible COVID exposure after a Modernism Week home tour. Their anti-viral fogging service eased our concerns after having several hundred people attend the tour. They worked with us to explain the process and even provided the service on a weekend evening which was helpful for us. We would certainly use their services in the future. read more

Just used Brite & Clean's pressure washing service on my concrete rear patio slab. Raphael and Carlos were right on time (miracles do happen), professional, focused on the job, very thorough, prompt and worked together as a team throughout. These gentlemen came to my home to work and not waste their time and mine, which I appreciate as a busy person. They did a great job on a slab that has not been pressure-washed in 10 years. Now we are not embarrassed to entertain back there any longer! And their prices are more than reasonable. Plus they helped remove and put all furniture back in place as I requested and even dragged my recycling bin to the front for me. I highly recommend Brite & Clean for their pressure washing services as well as their window cleaning. It is money well-spent! read more

I was having a Halloween party and the week of the party I noticed my windows were disgustingly filthy. I texted Brite & Clean and they set me up for a cleaning the day of the party. I wasn't home so told them how to get in. They did an amazing job on my screens and windows and even cleaned a window that had years of minerals on it from sprinklers for a small extra fee that I thought was very fair. They are easy to work with and were attentive to my needs to get the cleaning done before my party. I highly recommend them and I will use them again and again. read more

I have used Tim's Brite & Clean a number of times over the past 9 years, primarily for applying Diamon-Fusion to the shower doors. Recently, however, I made an appointment with them for a badly-needed deep cleaning of my windows, both inside and outside. Rafael and Carlos arrived promptly for the appointment and did a superb job. It's a large house but they took only a couple of hours. They were courteous, informative, and totally professional throughout the experience. This company has my highest recommendation! read more
