Thank you Felix for your prompt communication and excellent dedication to a job well done!…read moreMy home has a lot of windows and when I requested quotes on Yelp, Glossy Window was the quickest and first to respond. Felix wanted to provide an accurate quote, so he made arrangements to come do an in-person evaluation. His pricing was VERY competitive for all the detail his cleaning would provide. Having windows almost 22 years old, and with a lot of oxidation, it was a big job. Felix did an excellent job cleaning the window tracks, sills, screens and addressing the hard water spots. I highly recommend Glossy Window and Solar Cleaning. Friendly, focused and competitively affordable! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I gave him my credit card to buy materials and he lost the receipt. Once he finished everything he said he was going to come back the next day and put the furniture back and blow the paint chips, but he wanted to let the paint dry another day. There were also spots he didn't paint so he was going to finish up. I texted him the next morning to get ETA and he said he would be by noonish. I hadn't heard from him so I texted him at 1pm, he never responded. Then I called him 40 minutes later and still no response. He just ghosted and left the place a mess and took some of the materials with him. I could have used the paint brush and roller brush to finish the stuff he didn't, after all I paid for the stuff. I'm very surprised because he has never been like this before. I've known him since 2019. He was so unprofessional and acted like someone completely out of character.
