The appointment was just made the previous day! After the meeting, I saw the text. I responded and the reply was they needed more time for a confirmation!! Later that afternoon I received confirmation for their visit at 2 PM on Wednesday!!! If communication is this difficult BEFORE they have the business, I can not what it is like if they got the business and they were supposed to install gutters!!!! I consider the highly unreliable.

Gets better, he goes out to another job of mine the same day he looks at the customer service and damaged the metal roof flashing. Gets paid for the job and ensures me I'll get an invoice end of the day. Never got an invoice, no response, no communication. He's gone in the wind. His prices are above average as well and he can never hold to a schedule. Just call another company before wasting your time with Eric.

He did not connect three down spouts because the drains were plugged. He told my brother-in-law that he would connect the down spouts for no extra charge ounce I fixed the drains. After getting new drains installed I called him back to connect the down spouts. After connecting the down spouts which took him twenty minutes to do he charged me an additional $255 (cash). After reminding him that he stated he finish the down spouts at no additional costs he stated here is your receit.
