Gets paid for the job and ensures me I'll get an invoice end of the day. Never got an invoice, no response, no communication. He's gone in the wind. He did not connect three down spouts because the drains were plugged. He told my brother-in-law that he would connect the down spouts for no extra charge ounce I fixed the drains. After getting new drains installed I called him back to connect the down spouts. After connecting the down spouts which took him twenty minutes to do he charged me an additional $255 (cash).
