A crew of 3-4 guys showed up and got right to it, working both inside and outside the house. They were efficient, quick, and clearly knew what they were doing. The owner, Jordan, made sure everything was completed properly and followed up with a fast, straightforward invoice. Super easy process from start to finish. If I had a complaint is the cleanup could have been better once the job was done, but honestly, not a dealbreaker. They're not the cheapest around, but for the quality of work and professionalism, I'd absolutely call them again.

We had an existing solar system with no batteries and felt like our panels were not producing correctly. The previous system was installed by another company that was a nightmare to work with. I wanted to work with a company local to the Coachella Valley and feel like they were going to be around for the long term. I hired JJ Energy to add Two Tesla Powerwall 3's with Full Home Backup to my existing solar system and added a Tesla Wall Connector. This was a night and day difference between the company that originally installed my panels and Jordan with JJ Energy. The workers were friendly and efficient at doing their job. They left the worksite clean. I have noticed a 15-18% improvement in my solar production because they fixed the issues that the previous company left behind. I would highly recommend using JJ Energy if you are looking to go solar or add home battery storage to an existing system. I had high expectations and they exceeded them.

Renova seemed helpless to assist and then vanished. At the end of my rope, I called HPE. They were magnificent! They listened, they solved the problem, and now the system I have is working properly. Fantastic!!! Shout out to Ryan Guillory who was fast, competent, and effective... especially considering that I was not an HPE customer. I know better now. You want solar panels? Go HPE. Now I am needing to replace a roof, and they are standing ready to assist in the process of removing and replacing rooftop panels. My trust in them is so strong that I also am using the roofer that they recommend. There are very few companies that I have worked with that have consistently provided value, high levels of customer service, extreme technological expertise and an overall professionalism that Hot Purple Energy has provided to me over the past nine years. Every aspect of my relationship with them has been of the highest caliber, and has been consistently characterized by my trust in their business integrity and in their ability to preform to the highest standard. I highly recommend their services. You cannot go wrong by selecting Hot Purple Energy of Palm Springs for your solar energy needs.

We had solar panels put on our house by this excellent company. When I was calling around for bids…read morethe first thing that set them apart was Leif's knowledge - asking questions other companies didn't and then explaining why he was recommending # of panels, type of panels, batteries etc. He and Michelle did a site visit which confirmed our confidence in them. As we live in another state they handled EVERYTHING! ( including driving over when another contractor had left the garage door open!) They dealt with the city, the HOA, the utility companies. The job is perfect. Installation in garage is neat. Our electric bill is negligible and they monitor the panels. Leif and Michelle are co-owners and they have there heart and passion in what they do. They are both wonderful to work with. I would be happy to talk to anyone considering using them. Hands down our best decision so far contractors wise with our new home. This is getting a little over the top at this point but sincerely they are AMAZING!

We didn't end up selecting Stada Energy, but I still want to recognize how professional and…read moreresponsive they were--especially Leif. He was incredibly proactive, always texting updates so I didn't have to chase anyone down. He had the same diagnosis of our battery issues as the company we ultimately went with, and his pricing was right in line. Leif was thorough, transparent, and clearly committed to doing things the right way. Even after I let him know we had committed to another company for immediate help, he remained professional and respectful throughout. That kind of integrity really stood out. Honestly, I really wished there was a way to have Stada work alongside the other contractor--like a co-listing in real estate. It would've been great to have Leif on the job. If you're looking for a solar company that communicates clearly, respects your time, and knows what they're doing, Stada Energy is absolutely worth talking to.

After seeing my power bill rise to almost car payment levels and with the prices contining to go up…read morewith IID I felt it was time to take another look at solar. When I moved here in 2018 I was advised that due to IIDs Solar Policy and Cost of Solar equipment it didn't make financial sense due to the high roi. I had called around several companies for quotes and I will say all but one "big" company was really friendly to work with. Supreme Solar was a cut above the rest. I worked with Mohamed and from day one he took tremendous amounts of time to ensure I understood this whole new world of Solar and came up with a system that fully fit our needs today but also with some room for the future. He also had no problems with repeating the same presentation and showing the financial benefits. There was no pressure just providing information and allowed us to make the decision based on that information and for us it seemed to make financial sense so we ended up going for it. Pricing I felt was more then fair and this company offers many options to ensure solar can be affordable and work for different situations. They offer a unique program that other companies couldn't even touch which allowed us to get a 32 panel and 3 battery setup. Financing: Paperwork was all docusign so it was super easy to complete...almost too easy. No issues with Financing at all other then the company may call asking if they are cleared to begin billing as you near your install date but Mohamed informed me when to give them the all clear. Installation: Mohamed was very transparent on the timelines of the install occurring and they were right on schedule with no snags. The installers were on time and did a wonderful job in getting the system installed in two days and then they had everything all cleaned and painted for inspection. They were also super friendly and was very informative on whag they planned to do to ensure I was comfortable. They passed inspection without issues. Kudos to Samantha for dealing with my HOA and the City in getting everything all setup. She is extremely organized and very easy to work with. She was also very kind and willing to help anyway she can. Ease of use: I choose a solaredge system which uses an app displays everything I need in a very straightforward fashion. I also love how I can track the performance of the individual panels. Whats also nice is Surpeme Solar will monitor the system as well and if they see a problem they will address is without issue or me having to call them. I added a screenshot showing my systems performance so you can see how easy it is to understand. Overall I am very pleased with my decision to work with Surpeme Solar. They have been nothing but honest and trustworthy. I definitely will be recommending them to anyone who asks about how they are to work with. I can't wait to see my power bill shrink. They are a small business which I love and I dont think they will be a small business for long with the way they operated. Check them out.
