Caitlin Kelley the rep for Sunlogix won the bid as she was thorough with her explanations and understood what we were solving for. The other major factor is the fact that they are local. Once the decision was made the process was smooth and seamless. Caitlin was always available to answer questions and her understanding of her product was impressive. It was also impressive that she understood her competition and could address many things we were told by others. While Sunlogix was not the cheapest bid, we felt that their being local was worth a small premium. On the installation side the crew was terrific. They showed up on time, they were efficient with their time, cleaned up well and one could not ask for a better installation experience. They were great at answering questions.
