He did not connect three down spouts because the drains were plugged. He told my brother-in-law that he would connect the down spouts for no extra charge ounce I fixed the drains. After getting new drains installed I called him back to connect the down spouts. After connecting the down spouts which took him twenty minutes to do he charged me an additional $255 (cash). After reminding him that he stated he finish the down spouts at no additional costs he stated here is your receit.
