I had water damage from the kitchen sink to the cabinet underneath and also needed to replace the faucet. I did a search and communicated with a few companies, sent pictures, and a few came onsite for quotes. Mike was the ONLY contractor that came in, put shoe covers on, got down, and actually looked and checked out my pipes and cabinet flooring! Seriously, he was able to see that some of the rings and pipes had been installed backward, and he righted those, just did it!! He didn't try to get me to replace my entire kitchen, nor did he just open the cabinet and say he'd leave and send me a quote later. He explained what he would do, materials needed, time to do it, and worked with my schedule to allow time for me to get the parts I wanted. Day of service, he texted to confirm arrival time, showed up, and got to work! There was an unexpected challenge where the builder welded a metal piece improperly to the sink that wasn't accounted for, and even with that, MHI remained fair when I know other companies would have taken advantage in that situation.
