I scheduled an appointment a half hour before he was supposed to go trick-or-treating with his kids and he patiently waited while I spent the first 15 minutes crying in the car. The remaining 15 minutes went by so quickly, yet none of it felt rushed even though I had wasted a lot of his time. Tony was friendly, patient, professional, and continuously talked to me and joked around to lighten the mood and after I almost passed out, he laid down the table and quickly gave me cold compresses. I'm not sure if he was amused or annoyed by me, but overall it was a great experience and I'd actually consider going back to get more piercings done, haha!

I gave him a picture and it looks NOTHING AT ALL LIKE MY PIC!! This place is horrible and has horrible customer service! Had the nerve to tell me I don't do refunds even after seeing all of the incredibly deep scarring and was told to come back in 3 months when it's healed so he can fix it!! FIX IT? It should not have needed to be fixed in the first place! And if you think I'm going to let you go anywhere near me again after all the damage caused to my hand, you're crazy! This place is ridiculous please avoid this shop at all costs! Again I have pics and medical bills to back up my claim plus the bank even decided in my favor!
