This place is AMAZING! Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and will do everything they can to help you out. I will continue to go here for all my tattoo and piercing needs. I was a devoted fan paying for many tattoos for me and my daughter. After having 3 tattoos not completed in the time allotted (by them), I booked a full day to finish up on all three of them. Well, not only was Scott around an hour and a half late (after I had booked the appointment 3 months in advance), but he also cut the appointment short after only five hours because his back was hurting. I came prepared with pictures and details of the finishing points to complete my tattoos but Scott was so distracted by phone calls that I think he just forgot what he was doing sometimes. When I voiced how unhappy I was about the finished product, he refused to fix it. He stated that he deserved to get paid for the work he did and anything over four hours I was getting for free. Well, I spoke to a couple people who booked a full days work (which isn't cheap) and they got 8 hours plus. I don't disagree that he should be paid for work he done (even though he did it wrong)but I shouldn't have to pay for steak and only get bologna!!! I asked him if he would just please take an hour or two and correct his mistakes. Especially since one of the pieces was my father's memorial pieces and it now looks like it has black Halloween bats on it and so disrespectful and also since he only put 5 hours in it and he often gives 8 plus hours on full days work. So even if he gave me 2 more hours it still wouldn't be as long as many of some of the others who have previously paid for a full days work. Scott refused and said I would have to pay him all over again even though he did not follow the agreed upon pictures, colors or even style. (Right in the middle of my realistic sea scene he did previously which was beautiful, that day he added some to it and he added smiling cartoon fishes, etc. WHY??? WHY???WHY??? Now my pieces are ruined and I cannot find anyone to fix them!!! It is so sad, I was really a fan and had a lot more work for him to do but I cannot support someone who doesn't stand behind their work and correct their mistakes they made permanent on a canvas because he was having personal problems.
