Today I finally found that person! So I decided to go back to Mila today. When I arrived, I jokingly told Monica, the person who provided the service, that we needed to have a consultation (smiling, but serious) because I didn't want my eyebrows made thin or the tails cut off, because once it's gone, you can't get it back until it grows back and mine grows at a slow pace. She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, and we had a great conversation while she worked. She also threaded the sides of my face, and everything turned out beautifully. She gave me exactly the shape I was hoping for without taking off more than I wanted. It's such a relief to finally find someone who listens and takes the time to understand what you're looking for. Thank you, Monica! I'll definitely be back.

The lady had to be new because I've never seen her before. She kept grabbing and turning my whole face which no one has ever done. I am not a child please don't grab my face. He could tell so he started a random conversation with me to loosen me up a bit. That is excellent customer service in my opinion, even though I knew what he was doing lol. Honestly this studio is filled with "ex" Mormons who will be kind to your face and talk shit behind…read moreyour back. I have been tattooed by 3 artists in this studio. After years of being a customer I started hearing things they were saying to others behind my back. People I sent to their studio because I liked the work and people would come to back and tell me things I was shocked to hear these people say. Especially when I thought I was liked by the people. I can also confirm that Denise's "one and done" flash sheets are not in fact one and done. I have a tattoo from a Disney flash sheet, I was told I would be the only person getting; a year or so later I have seen talked to another person with the same tattoo and they were told the same thing. The floral designs are all copy paste. After seeing Denise's work everything seems to just be the same. A 1/2 arm sleeve Denise did for someone I know I have seen the exact same design as a hip cap sized up. No changes. Don't waste your money on people who will treat you like shit behind your back. Charge you for "designs" they aren't doing for YOU especially when there is another tattoo shop 3 doors down ran by a wonderful woman who isn't trying to be apart of the secret lives of Mormon wives season 3.

I was in town over the holidays and needed a manicure badly. Growing up in Zanesville, I had heard…read moreabout Z Nails so after checking out their Yelp page, I decided to attempt to snag a walk-in appointment. My hopes weren't too high because Christmas was only a few days away. However, they were thankfully able to fit me in after a short 30 minute wait, which I spent at the mall across the street until they called to let me know they were ready for me. Needless to say, the customer service was top notch and I can say that continued throughout my entire visit. While the inside is far from glitz and glamor, the end product was awesome and still, three weeks later, my nails look fire. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the gel nail service with cat eye polish was... around $30. In Columbus where I live, it is almost always double that. I'll definitely consider coming back here whenever I find myself in Zanesville again needing a manicure. The only bit of feedback I have is that it wasn't the cleanest nail salon by any means. A good cleaning, a fresh coat of paint, and some updated furniture would set this spot apart from the others in town.

I checked in using their in-store systems and the wait time was exactly as it reflected which was really pretty fast. Lexi cut my hair and it turned out exactly as I had asked. She also was very friendly and we talked enough to keep it comfortable but not so much that it was uncomfortable. I would recommend this location and Lexi if you are looking for a solid haircut.
