I cannot recommend Alchemy Skin Med Spa enough! Olivia is truly amazing! So knowledgeable,…read moreprofessional, and incredibly kind. She creates such a relaxing, welcoming environment that makes every facial feel like a luxury experience. The results are what really set her apart. I was ready for a new skincare routine, and Olivia delivered with thoughtful, personalized product recommendations. I purchased everything she suggested and have absolutely no regrets, my skin has completely transformed. It's smooth, hydrated, and literally looks like glass. I haven't even touched my foundation since my appointment! What I love most is how genuine she is. She's not trying to sell you products, she truly cares about helping your skin both now and long-term. If you're thinking about booking, do it! You won't regret it! I already can't wait for my next appointment.

I purchased a chemical peel on Groupon and when it was time to book, I was told that I had to book…read morewith a credit card. I explained that I was a Groupon customer and the service was already paid for, but she said a card was still required to book. I explained that I do not like my card being on file for security reasons and she stated that it was still required. For the sake of time and me getting this facial that I had excitedly waited on for 2 weeks, I agreed to book online as ordered by the owner Olivia Dobson, but that I wanted it removed when I arrived. She then told me that it would always have to stay on file and if I didn't like it, go get a refund from Groupon. I was appalled. For starters, what even makes you think that I would want to return after this rude beginning and how do you force someone who isn't even a client yet into leaving their card on file with you when they haven't used you yet and the service had already been pre-paid. Needless to say I called Groupon and canceled. It was the biggest inconvenience and waste of my time. This young lady needs to learn proper business etiquette skills and to disclose her booking demands before people pay for her services. When I called initially to speak with her, there wasn't even a business greeting when the call went to voice mail, leaving the impression that the business number is really a personal number. What type of business doesn't have a business greeting? Save your time and find a legitimate company that will be appreciative that you are patronizing them vs. someone that is cocky and rude with no customer service skills that forces you to have your credit card on file forever.

If you're ever in the Irving area - come here for threading! I say it's even worth the drive!!…read more While living in Seattle my favorite threading salon was named Khoobsurat, so I was drawn by the name. The location is in a strip mall/type area so, it may be a little difficult to find. I was the only one there and greeted with warmth, and a smile that's worth more than gold! Finally I've found a non-trendy threading salon that exceeded my expectations. The price was only $5 for brows and $2 for my lip! I'll post before and after pics- that's how impressed I was.

I have done laser hair removal before and was not seeing the desired results and the pain level was high. I did research and found Solei uses a soprano machine that is more effective and virtual pain free (hence the increase in price compared to other laser services). Take it from someone who has done both, your laser experience will be so much better using this laser. I've only had two sessions and already notice a dramatic difference. Looking forward to not having to shave my legs in 2020 and beyond. Do your research and schedule an appointment at Solei!

Pamela needs a lesson in customer service. After posting my review, I got a couple of phone calls…read morefrom her. I understand if someone wants to call and check up on their client, learn from their mistakes or clarify a situation. But this wasn't the case with her calls. She was very long winded and rude about justifying herself, her licensure and her services. I wasn't able to get a word in, so I hung up. She then called back and continued talking so I just muted the phone and let her do so. When she finally noticed there was no response on my end (which was over 5 minutes later,) she hung up and called back again. I did not pick up, so she proceeded to leave another long winded voicemail. Her level of unprofessionalism was borderline harassing to me. I have the right to form my own opinions and a right to post them so others will know in advance. At the very lease, I recommend scheduling an appt for a consultation so you can meet her and decide for yourself before purchasing a Groupon or any services.
