Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

This was exacerbated by two epic moves that required trucks loaded full of junk, some of which had to be stored in my office. Originally, that was supposed to be temporary, but with the pandemic, it became years of boxes gathering dust in forgotten corners. So with a great deal of contrition, I began searching for a professional organizer who could make sense of my chaotic work environment. Having worked previously with another organizer, I found that the ability to lift and move things was a skillset that not all organizers could handle on their own. They were able to organize without actually doing much of the actual organization due to a lack of physical strength. So with those needs in mind, I came across Bonnie aka the Organization Genie. Bonnie is like a bundle of firecrackers. She is very friendly and enthusiastic about organizing. At the beginning, we did a walk through of the office, set our objectives for each day, and then off she went. Every couple hours or so, I'd check in with her. What once felt like an unsolvable puzzle was miraculously untangled and sorted out. Bonnie's magic spread across the office and warehouse over the next few days. The amount of our commercial and demo products as well as random equipment in the warehouse required a bit more labor, so she brought in a helper that day. Bonnie requested that we purchase some shelves, which I went out and bought. They put the shelves to good use, taking a lot of things off the ground and utilizing the elevation of the warehouse. Bonnie made time for me on short notice, which I really appreciated. We had a lot of co-workers and management visiting from our overseas headquarters, so the timing of the organization was crucial to creating a favorable impression on them. With Bonnie's help, their visit to our office was a good overall experience for everyone involved. Since then, I've also hired Bonnie to help out with my parent's house, where she was equally helpful. If you are organizationally-challenged like me, Bonnie can probably save you too.

I think it's so important to do your research when you're looking for services and I kept coming back to Creative. Their prices are extremely reasonable and more competitive than other local companies in the valley. They also offer a law-enforcement discount, which is awesome. I spoke with the owner via Yelp messenger, and he was very responsive to everything that I asked! I got a call and an email a couple days before my scheduled move for confirmation, and everything went so smooth. I can't say enough praises about my entire experience!! Renée and her other two guys showed up right up about 720, when they gave me a window between 7 and 730 which was perfect. I had two stops before my final destination, and they did everything like real pros! They were so gentle with my things, and once we got to my new home, they went out of their way to assemble furniture for me. They even took all the trash before they left. Hired to provide packing, moving, unpacking, estate sale and property clear out services, I experienced problems at every step. I was promised by the company co-owner they could find items in the house we needed and that everything would be unpacked for Mom's move into assisted living. The employee who manages the estate sale and clear out process would later assert they do not find specific items. For the packing/moving/unpacking phase of the work, our charges we paid more than $5,000 dollars including the tip I provided but later found out they did not unpack several boxes (just put them in the closet) and made the decision without checking with me not to move items I had asked to be moved. The estate sale and property clear out was challenging from the beginning. Despite asking multiple times, I did not get updates on the items I was promised they could find. My realtor was told to stay off the property for more than two weeks before they even did anything (I was not told about this by Busy Bees and it has delayed getting our house listed) and a few days before everything was supposed to be done, I was told they would not clear out property in the attic. Not unreasonable given the heat (even if it was their timeline and they should know AZ weather) but no alternatives were given, nor did they respond to the alternatives I proposed until several days later when the property needed to be turned over to my realtor to get it listed. At additional cost, I booked another company. During the property clear out of the main level, they left several large furniture items, damaged the gate, the door and left broken glass. Instead of removing everything from the property, they overfilled our garbage and recycling bins and just left it. The company response to complaints and concerns was to blame me, my realtor and two of the neighbors. If you care about your family's estate and don't want more stress, avoid Busy Bees!
