I needed an ear piercing repaired that had become crooked and quite painful. ACES was clean, cheerful, welcoming and excellent customer Service. No appointment necessary. Loas was busy and I did not mind waiting when greeted with such a happy face. 15 minutes later everything was carefully explained to me and zip zip, it was taken care of. The two previous dark & gloomy shops wanted $50. Loas charged me $5.00. FIVE DOLLARS. What a difference. Thank you for the professionalism, the customer service and the hug..

I went in for a flash special in April with Ashley. The space itself is clean and spacious…read more Ashley rescheduled my appointment to a later time, which I agreed to, only for her to then show up about 15 minutes late herself. During the session, she was kind and worked with me on placement, and the tattoo was pretty painless. It looked great walking out the door. Within two months, it had visibly faded. I have several fine line tattoos on my hands and the back of my arm, so I know exactly how this style heals and ages, none of my other pieces (some years old) have ever faded like this. When I reached out about it, I was told fading like this was "normal" and that I'd have to pay out of pocket for a touch-up. That's not been my experience with fine line work elsewhere, and other artists have told me they'd touch up their own work for free within six months if it faded. Paying again to fix a problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place isn't something I'd recommend signing up for.

There is a piercing/tattoo place inside but it wasn't the one we made an appointment for. We called the guy and asked him if he was located inside the plaza, he said no and that they had relocated, this annoyed my sister and she asked him why he didn't update the address and he told us that it was but it obviously wasn't and then he blames us for not asking for the address when we called, which is incredibly foolish, he is the one responsible for updating that information how were we supposed to know he relocated. so then she told him that she wanted to cancel the appointment and asked him if she could give her back the $10 that she zelled him earlier to "confirm" the appointment, but he refused . We found it dumb to beg him for the money back so we just told him to keep the money and he hung up on us. The situation left us feeling frustrated and disappointed with the overall service encounter. he lacks qualities of a good person do not give this guy ur money!
