You promised I would get fillers and Morpheous to compensate for what your irresponsible medispa did to my face especially right after a very serious accident that almost killed me and I had faith in your team but I am no longer interested in seeing any of y'all. You basically robbed me by saying I would get more of a full face and collagen with filler and Morpheous treatment. Just because I'm not a high roller in your books you shouldn't treat me like this because you know your service made my face so much worse that it's sad to see woman like you ripping people off. To top all of it I have always tip Kim for example that gave me faith I would get a filler with my pdo thread lifts and Morpheous to compensate for theee pdo full face thread lifts done by your staff and many before done thru you a few years ago. I have been a loyal and always paid over what i was supposed to. Refund my fees and believe karma is coming your way, ripping people off and out of nowhere get a text message like I did from you is so low and disrespectful to myself or anybody. Their number one goal is to cash you out and if for some reason you nicely questioned them for anything they'll find a way to keep your money and not ever talking to you about it. Go somewhere else bc this place not only made me pay for 3 full face pdo threads in which two were done within same month promising me that I would get fillers and Morpheous to compensate for many threads that she couldn't use or would get lost and therefore ended up been my fault that they didn't had enough thread after I had paid in full and was than told by one of their staff that threads were not going to be done by her anymore bc she couldn't wait to finish messing with her threads and telling me to make an appointment for threads with someone else. To make me feel even worse she said my face was smaller in my left side and kept showing to me on the mirror. I payed her in full bc I believe you pay others for a service and hoped someone else would take care of the threads that I never received it from this staff of RenuYou. I looked myself in the mirror and I felt sadness. I did payed her and mad another appointment to get my threads pdo full face done with someone else. I told her about the last incident (the one I just described just now) and had faith a business would care about myself. Moreover I was then caught up in an accident right the next morning after I had got this missing threads so called full face pdo lift. I will add pictures to show you what I look like after my accident and even after a few months you can see the permanent scar I was left with along with the sagging in my skin that was not resolved with the full face pdo thread lift. She simply told me someone else would get back with me in regards of the missing paid threads I never received.

The reason for the fee was that my therapist had extra training and I was paying for her extra education. This is not something I requested.  It would have been nice to know beforehand, or given the option in the first place. it was incredibly deceptive, and I'll not be coming back again for that reason alone. Be honest with your customers if you want them to return.

My pain had never gone away for more than 10 days, so upon my plane landing in Des Moines, I made an appointment with the clinic my mother and father have been going to for the last 3 decades or more, Rebarcak. I had no preference for which doctor I saw and I was given to Dr. Brady Rebarcak for treatment. I explained the treatment I had received in San Diego, CA. I was impressed with the results: within 2 hours after treatment, I was 95% better. Three days later I went back for a follow-up visit before my departure to San Diego. Today, 5 days later I am pain-free. If my mom were alive today, I could hear her say, "I told you they could fix you up." The doctor did a combination of Chiropractic, Chinese cupping, and Gua Sha on my neck. In San Diego, I had experienced all of the techniques from my San Diego doctors, but not one doctor had isolated the problem with the use of all the techniques in one treatment. The PA, Rhonda snuck him in right away and only took a few minutes to evaluate him before sending us to the ER. My son was reluctant to participate in any type of prodding or evaluation. Very thankful she was patient and so good with him, and they didn't end up charging us since no treatment was given. I was a little leery when driving up to a grocery store to get care, but they were very professional (the nurse and PA) and I'd absolutely go there again.

First let me say that I've had over 100 massages with over 30 different practitioners over the past 20 years (in California mostly, but in various other states as well) and request deep tissue work every time. I've only had 3 masseuses in Ames so far, but Cassandra was clearly outstanding (I gave my two other masseuses here 2/5 stars). Not only was she experienced and skilled, she actively applied her knowledge to great effect during the massage - paying attention, investigating, and reacting. Cassandra used superior hand/finger techniques and I don't remember her ever using her elbows (which is a shortcut most masseuses resort to, but which is avoided by the "top 2%" of masseuses). If you are in Ames definitely look her up! I saw her in August of 2015; she was working at Family Chiropractic and Wellness at 2629 University Blvd, although she had just moved there recently.
