The PA, Rhonda snuck him in right away and only took a few minutes to evaluate him before sending us to the ER. My son was reluctant to participate in any type of prodding or evaluation. Very thankful she was patient and so good with him, and they didn't end up charging us since no treatment was given. The reason for the fee was that my therapist had extra training and I was paying for her extra education. This is not something I requested.  It would have been nice to know beforehand, or given the option in the first place. it was incredibly deceptive, and I'll not be coming back again for that reason alone. Be honest with your customers if you want them to return.
