The shot would be covered at a pharmacy with a Rx called to the pharmacy by the physician. Because I was not informed of this policy, I had to pay out-of-pocket for something that is covered by my Medicare supp. insurance. It would have been better for me to get this at my pharmacy. All patients need to know this information ahead of time.

First let me say that I've had over 100 massages with over 30 different practitioners over the past 20 years (in California mostly, but in various other states as well) and request deep tissue work every time. I've only had 3 masseuses in Ames so far, but Cassandra was clearly outstanding (I gave my two other masseuses here 2/5 stars). Not only was she experienced and skilled, she actively applied her knowledge to great effect during the massage - paying attention, investigating, and reacting. Cassandra used superior hand/finger techniques and I don't remember her ever using her elbows (which is a shortcut most masseuses resort to, but which is avoided by the "top 2%" of masseuses). If you are in Ames definitely look her up! I saw her in August of 2015; she was working at Family Chiropractic and Wellness at 2629 University Blvd, although she had just moved there recently.

I've had the opportunity to be cared for by Tyson Handsaker, Carly Gale, Ryan Meis, and the other physical therapists and they have given unbelievable care for me the past couple months. One quality the whole clinic staff has is their intentionality to be not only a care provider but a friend. They make rehab fun, even when it can be difficult. They are very empathetic and are wanting my success to get back to normal activities, but also seek value with my life by wanting to know what consists of my day and week. They start and finish me in a timely manner and throughout my weeks I can always see improvement within my injuries. Overall, I'm super glad I'm being put in great care here!

The second test was clean and when I asked for a copy of the test results it actually said AGAIN I WAS POSITIVE FOR METHODONE. Stay away from this clinic and to LaShell Good what kind of a horrible person are you to not even apologize causing this kind of grief?
