I've had the opportunity to be cared for by Tyson Handsaker, Carly Gale, Ryan Meis, and the other physical therapists and they have given unbelievable care for me the past couple months. One quality the whole clinic staff has is their intentionality to be not only a care provider but a friend. They make rehab fun, even when it can be difficult. They are very empathetic and are wanting my success to get back to normal activities, but also seek value with my life by wanting to know what consists of my day and week. They start and finish me in a timely manner and throughout my weeks I can always see improvement within my injuries. Overall, I'm super glad I'm being put in great care here!

It was not his primary however he are an hour away from home and not able to get in until the end of the month and he needs care now. He gets a call a few hours from Crystal giving him no information. He calls back and no one is able to get ahold oh her. 5 minutes later he gets a call back saying the physician he signed up for is "closed" and not accepting new patients, but are willing to accept him this one time. He then gets a call not even 5 minutes later saying his appointment was canceled. This was so unprofessional from everyone involved. Why would you allow sign ups online if you aren't accepting patients? How is no one able to get ahold of anyone in this office? We have never had a good experience at any McFarland clinic or the ER. Would never recommend anyone ever going to this dumb

I said okay and the told me it came back with meth in my system. I told them impossible. I was told tests don't lie. I returned home and thought about it and took my third Uber there and did another urine test that I watched them open the seal cup, no seals the first time and I watched the test being performed. It came back clean. No one bothered to apologize LaShell Goode took up 4 hours of my day FOR A REFILL I WAS OUT OG FOR 3 DAYS and. was ready to judge me and condemn me as s drug addict. I have never, EVER done drugs and Methodone USA drug that hospitals give to heroin addicts. She never apologized for all the trouble ot ASSIMING I was on drugs because I lost ONE POUND A WEEK FOR 5 MONTHS. This is gross negligence and not even having the common decency to apologize for her treatment to me is more than outrageous. The second test was clean and when I asked for a copy of the test results it actually said AGAIN I WAS POSITIVE FOR METHODONE. I watched the test results as they came in along with a nurse and LaShell. Not so much as a sorry for everything I deliberately put you through for the last 6 hours. Stay away from this clinic and to LaShell Good what kind of a horrible person are you to not even apologize causing this kind of grief? And was she really concerned about the weight loss and trying to determine what caused it? No she didn't. What kind of oath did she take? The one that says harm all you patients. cause then grief and make sure not to see what could be causing 1 pound a week to come off? Seriously? Not even a I'm sorry!

I believe patients needing a immunization booster (measles, tetnus, etc) need to know they will be paying the entire amount for the booster 9and it is expensive due to cost shifting). The shot would be covered at a pharmacy with a Rx called to the pharmacy by the physician. Because I was not informed of this policy, I had to pay out-of-pocket for something that is covered by my Medicare supp. insurance. It would have been better for me to get this at my pharmacy. All patients need to know this information ahead of time.

When a 60 year old man comes in complaining of chest pains, and their procedure does not allow them to see the need to have blood drawn before the visit, its just criminal. It took a week just to get in, now they are going to delay even more because they won't have cholesterol levels and whatnot to review. Now that week has turned into 10 days and another office visit cost. Now I'll be into 10 days, just to have this DO refer me to someone else because you know this GP isn't going to deal with heart disease.
