A True Five-Star Luxury Spa Experience From the moment we…read morearrived, I knew LUX MedSpa Brickell was going to be a different experience. We were personally greeted downstairs by the concierge and escorted upstairs, which immediately made us feel welcomed and valued. That level of personalized service set the tone for the entire visit. After checking in, I changed into my robe and was invited to relax in their beautiful lounge while I waited for my treatment. The atmosphere was peaceful, elegant, and incredibly relaxing. Before my deep tissue massage began, my therapist took the time to ask about any areas of pain or tension. I mentioned that my neck had been bothering me, and she customized the massage to focus on exactly what I needed. It wasn't just a massage, it felt truly therapeutic. I walked out feeling renewed, lighter, and completely relaxed. It was one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. To top it all off, I was able to unwind by their stunning resort-style swimming pool, which made the entire experience feel like a luxury getaway rather than just a spa appointment. From beginning to end, every detail was flawless. The exceptional customer service, beautiful atmosphere, and highly skilled therapists exceeded every expectation. If you're looking for a spa that truly delivers a five-star luxury experience, I can't recommend LUX MedSpa Brickell enough. I'll definitely be back!!!

I'm going to speak on behalf of my group:…read more Terrible experience. This is more of a MID 2 or 3 star place from start to finish. They pressured everyone to give a 5 star review every moment they spoke to you. Unsure why the desperation (probably going to shut down like all business' here do) but terrible terrible terrible experience every step of the way. Because when I booked this appointment weeks ago, the people I spoke to, the current ones said "Got let go." Well that seems like a TERRIBLE idea because throughout our time there was a lot of confusion, a lot of waiting around, and just ugh bad vibes. The person I came with said 'Super disorganized.' Another states 'Not worth paying for, ever again.' Everyone should take into consideration of their bad reviews. It's more truthful than their fake 5 star reviews they have. I could understand leaving a reviewing IF we all had a good time. But this needed to be said. DONT'T GO HERE

However, she has seemingly vanished and I cannot reach anyone to schedule an appointment despite multiple phone calls, voicemails, and texts. I paid $1200 for 6 treatments of my underarms and bikini area, and started to have trouble scheduling appointments after my second visit. Now I have been unable to reach her for several months. It's unclear whether the business is still operating, as I never saw anyone other than Julia in the office, but I am fairly sure I will never be getting the remaining 2 treatments that I paid for.

Imagine my shop when my never aging wife tells me that not only do THEY use Botox but she has been doing it for years and also get juvederm for lip injections. After fighting the shock and making a mental note to start checking the bank account on a regular basis, I was more curious then ever. Next thing you know, we're at a salon in downtown and were speaking to a doctor. I'm the type of husband that once the wife says to do it, I do it. So I signed some forms and got a couple needle pricks. The doc that did assured me that I would still look natural and not resemble the housewives of anything. So, couple days pass and I don't see any changes. Patience is not my virtue and I'm sure many can relate to the frustration of not having what you paid for, but to keep the Mrs. Happy, I keep my mouth shut and decided to just let it go. The next day, it kicked in and I couldn't move my forehead or make those lines around my eyes. It has now been almost 5 months since I had it done and I can still see the effect and I'm going to continue doing it. Heck, I might even try some laser hair removal one of these days. Even though I am happy with the outcome of the Botox, my review is to applaud Avalon Medical Spa on their customer service. About a week after the appointment, Julia called to follow up and see if I had any questions or concerns. And just yesterday I received another call. She said she knew I lived out of town and couldn't come in again, but offered to take some time to find a good doctor in my area and send him my treatment records to make sure i received the same results and thank me again for coming in. Anyway, owning my own company, I know that little things like that go a long way so I wanted to share my experience with the rest of Yelp.

It's been 5 years since my initial visit to Lauren's Face The Day…read more Gloria has been taking care of my skin all this time and let me tell you that the attention to detail, care for her customers & patience with me is phenomenal. She always makes sure to give me great tips for what I can do to maintain her service and is extremely transparent with the cost of service (and what I should prepare to spend on products should I need to splurge on it). She has never been pushy (like other facialists I have visited before) and she always makes sure that what I do to my skin works for the season/maintenance I'm doing at home (i.e. I wanted to do a peel for the summer but she advised me to wait till the winter season since the sun isn't as harsh & won't affect my healing process). From the moment you walk in everyone is extremely welcoming and warm. The receptionist & owner care about everyone that walks in as if they are doing your service too. They have tea and water which they offer their guests (I've even been offered snacks when they have them), socks to put on so you don't disrupt other guests getting treatments done & a relaxing waiting area (which I have never used since Gloria is ALWAYS on time for me). The price has never been expensive, whenever I go in I always think the service cost is going to be more. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, especially with the times that we currently live in with COVID, and the place is always spotless. Even before COVID they have always taken care of the spa and made sure the place is completely sanitary for their guests. I love coming here and every time I have an appointment I'm extremely excited for my session. I can't say thank you enough to Gloria for taking care of my skin like no other!!!
