I first went to Heather to correct years of over waxing which left me with thin & uneven brows, not a good look. She shaped my brows so well. I personally think I aged backwards 5 years. Going from almost no brows to perfect for my face brow is life changing!! After the birth of my son I struggled with pigmentation issues on my lips. If you know, you know. It gave me a grayed look. Heather restored my lips, neutralized the dark pigment & left me with a beautiful natural pink shade that looks better than natural but no one would ever know they were permament makeup. Most recientley I went to Heather for a touch up on my brows. Once again she was able to shape & fill in holes/ faded spots ( I am terrable with SPF). I feel so confident, natural and semetrical with my brows & lips by Heather.

If you're just going in for eyebrow waxing or eyebrow threading, you don't even need an appointment. You just walk in, type your name and phone number into the little iPad kiosk, and wait to be called. They are SO quick. I'm talking maybe five minutes per person quick. I've been there several times now, and every single lady I've had has done a great job. It's not just one person in particular. They all seem skilled, friendly, and efficient. It's located in Dilworth in the shopping center with the Harris Teeter. I really like that area because there's plenty of parking and a bunch of other little shops around there too. Super easy to get to. Overall, great service every time I've gone. Definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.

Their professionalism and warmth set the tone for every visit. As a gentleman, I appreciate the flexibility of calling to schedule my services, as my grooming needs--eyebrow shaping, waxing, and detailed facial grooming--are more specific than what is offered online. The staff is always courteous, accommodating, and attentive. Maria Simanic is truly outstanding. I have been seeing her since April 2022, and after trying other estheticians, she is without question the best. Her expertise in eyebrow shaping and men's grooming, along with her precision and thoughtful guidance, consistently delivers exceptional results--especially with my fast-growing brows. She takes great care in every detail, including eyebrows, ears, and nose, and has even taught me how to properly groom my brows at home. Her professionalism, skill, and genuine care make every visit a pleasure. I have referred several friends and colleagues--both men and women--and all have had equally exceptional experiences. If you are looking for expert eyebrow shaping, waxing, and personalized care at a top-tier beauty spa, I highly recommend Maria. Refined, reliable, and unmistakably best-in-class.

As a long-term client who has supported this business since 2019 through their relocation and the…read morepandemic, I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience. After more than 20 sugaring services, this is not based on the quality of the providers, but due to the owner's short-sighted policies around their own "customer loyalty" program. When I recently presented my completed loyalty card for the advertised 50 percent discount, I was informed it could only be redeemed with the original provider, who no longer works there. That restriction was not communicated when the card was issued (nor is it printed on the card), and customers have no control over staff turnover. Staff contacted the owner, Kristen, who decided chose not to honor the promotion. While the providers I had, (Nou and Kait) were consummate professionals, the ownership seems to lack focus on customer satisfaction and retention. I happily supported a small business, holding up my side of the equation and expected the owner to do the same. Apparently my loyalty was not a priority and I will take my business elsewhere.
