I had a hydrafacial with Kaitlin and it was so refreshing! It's very easy on your skin and feels great. I highly recommend it!

Kaitlin's salon is so comfy and inviting, the heated blankets and aromatherapy were heavenly and decorations so tasteful.

I was quite nervous going in, especially because it was during a very tender week for me with the upcoming one-year milestone of my dad's passing. This was actually a gift from my high school swim team, and I didn't really know what to expect. Laurie immediately put me at ease. Her presence is calming, and she has a way of making you feel safe and comfortable right away. Beyond her skill (which is excellent), what stood out most was how much care she brings into her work. It doesn't feel transactional at all--she genuinely seems to love what she does, you can feel that in her work. She helps you connect into your bodies needs! The experience ended up being surprisingly healing. I was able to release a lot of stress and grief I'd been holding onto, be really present and even felt a meaningful sense of connection and reflection during the session. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply grateful. Highly recommend Laurie--not just for her skill, but for the atmosphere she creates. It's a truly connective and restorative experience. First massage ever with Laurie! Worth it!

It has a minimalistic meets industrial chic ambiance. I live in Seattle but I drive all the way here to see Kim for spa services, it's totally worth it! I've tried the facial, massage, and waxing services, and can confidently recommend all of them. This is not the swanky kind of spa that charges you for the "experience." The spa portion of the space is smaller but practical. I thought the one thing I couldn't live without was the waxing service. Kim uses the best quality wax that doesn't irritate my skin and makes it the least painful waxing experience I've had. One day, I decided to try a 30-minute massage with Kim and walked away feeling so relaxed and relieved of all my tension points, I had the most restful sleep that night. I've been coming back since then for the massage and I highly recommend it. Kim knows what she's doing and if you like deeper pressure points, she's your girl! The prices are more than reasonable for spa services. I have yet to try the workout classes, but looking forward to trying one soon. P.S. They are on mindbody, so you can book all the classes and services online. P.P.S. This place can be a bit hard to find on Google Maps, just look for Spud Fish & Chips.

She is very professional, approachable, friendly and talented. I would highly recommend her. She offers great price options, like the groupons or memberships. If you looking for the best spa experience of your life then this is definitely NOT the place. If…read moreyou looking for your "spa fix" then perhaps. The price isn't bad, because you have access to amenities and a message. There's a NO bathing suits policy in the locker areas where you access the steam room, hot tub, pool and showers. So if you're shy/uncomfortable find another place. The Good: lots of amenities to access. Staff is attentive and open to solving issues when made aware and are generally nice. Quiet/meditative atmosphere. The Bad: THE MESSAGE: that little Korean woman beat the shit out of me. Lol. There is a form for you to complete that offer an opportunity to inform them about problem, areas, areas to avoid and etc. They completely ignored that. I received my massage on Tuesday and it's just now recovering from the pain on Saturday. Swedish vs deep tissues doesn't mean shit. I'm a chubby dinosaur, so I know a masseuse would look at me and think they would have to work harder to make an impact. That's just not how it works for me. And unfortunately the masseuse speaks little English so communicating your needs will not be possible. The more English speaking staff are at the front desk and the 1/2 individuals running around. Tips: communicate your needs for massage upfront when you pay so hopefully they are translated clear before you get to your massage. Bring your own towel. Be prepared to leave your American shyness at the door.

You will remove your shoes at the entrance and walk into the woman's locker/hot spring area. There are 2 hot water pools, 1 cold pool, an infrared sauna room, and a steam sauna room. Next to the pool, there are 2 spa areas for body scrub and massage. You will probably get the most extensive body scrub experience here, leaving with baby soft skin. The oil massage was a bit rough with the Korean auntie, but you will leave feeling relaxed. There is a snow room upstairs, and multiple hot rooms such as salt and charcoal rooms. There is also a Korean restaurant in the facility which was very convenient. Food was decent, a bit on the pricy side since the portion was small. Overall, it's a place where you can easily spend hours to relax, eat a nice meal, and go home feeling refreshed!
