I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. I came in specifically because Dysport was…read moreadvertised at $4 per unit. Everyone was very nice when I arrived, but unfortunately the pricing was not communicated clearly at all. Before injecting, I was given a very quick explanation that Dysport and Botox are "measured differently." I was never told that this difference would result in me being charged roughly THREE TIMES what I believed I was agreeing to. There was no clear discussion of the total number of units being charged, the expected price of the treatment, or even an estimate before proceeding. This was only supposed to be a touch-up, and what I expected to be around a $140 service ended up costing me $422. When I questioned the receptionist afterward and said I had come in because it was advertised at $4 per unit, I was literally told, "Oh no, that's too low." I left, found the advertisement showing the $4/unit price, and came back to address it. At that point, the injector told me that she had explained that the measurements were different. Explaining that Dysport and Botox are measured differently is NOT the same thing as clearly telling a client, "Because of that difference, you will be receiving X units and your total today will be approximately $422." I would never have agreed to a $422 touch-up had that price been clearly disclosed to me beforehand. I understand that different injectables have different dosing ratios, and I have no issue paying the appropriate price for a service I knowingly agree to. My issue is the lack of transparency. If a pricing difference is significant enough to turn what a client believes is approximately a $140 service into a $422 bill, that needs to be explicitly communicated BEFORE anything is injected--not explained afterward when the client questions the bill. I left feeling completely misled and taken advantage of. Regardless of how friendly everyone was, this experience destroyed my trust in the practice. Clear pricing and informed consent should be basic expectations, especially when you're dealing with cosmetic procedures where there is no opportunity to undo the service once it has been performed.

I've been seeing Warda for over a year now, and I can say without hesitation that she is one of the…read moremost skilled, thoughtful, and compassionate practitioners I've ever worked with. After a previous filler experience elsewhere that significantly altered my face and confidence, Warda stepped in during one of the most vulnerable periods I've ever had. While she wasn't the injector who caused the issue, she became the person who helped me rebuild - patiently, carefully, and with deep expertise. Dissolving is not simple, and it often takes multiple (in my case, MANY) sessions. I saw other providers during this process who were dismissive, rushed, or clearly unsure of what they were doing. Warda was the opposite in every way. She listened to my concerns, respected my intuition about my own face, and never minimized how emotionally difficult the process was. She is meticulous, highly knowledgeable, and intentional with every decision she makes. She never rushes. She explains everything. Most importantly, she treats you like a human being -- not a transaction. Before working with her, I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror. Today, I finally recognize myself again. That is something I will always be grateful for. If you're looking for someone who is ethical, patient, technically excellent, and genuinely invested in your well-being, Warda is absolutely the person you want caring for your face. You are truly in the best hands with her.

Not sure if it was a bug on their website but the issue was resolved within seconds! Before the facial, I had to fill up some paperwork which took maybe 5 minutes. The actual facial was wonderful. It was completely painless, and Warda made sure I was comfortable throughout. We chatted the entire time, and I laughed most of it! I was very comfortable and knew I was in good hands during the entire procedure! After the facial, my skin felt so refreshed and hydrated! I was glowing! The facial is listed at $275, and it's definitely pricey but the experience and result is well worth it for me! When my boyfriend saw me after the facial, the first thing that came out of his mouth was "you look like you should be in a commercial!" I definitely had a glow leaving the medspa, and was surprised at how great my skin looked with just sunscreen on (sunscreen was the last step of the facial!) Ladies, if you're needing a little confidence boost/self care day, definitely stop by and see Warda!
