I had laser genesis done on my face and the specialist was great about keeping me aware of what the treatment entails and what to expect. I wanted to know more about the Image Products and both her, the receptionist, and another woman at the front helped me out. The receptionist started talking about her own personal experience with acne and she was super kind and relatable. The environment was very welcoming. I wish I remembered more names, because those three ladies were great. A woman named Peyton has been my favorite for the facials so far, and I do really like the manager, Candace. So far, I have only had small administrative and scheduling issues. Two of the scheduling conflicts occurred on holiday's, so I am not too upset about those instances. It took me a while to get a receipt, but really what I was trying to access was a summary of the acne protocol package and a copy of my contract. I did end up getting a summary of the acne package. I am sure I can get a copy of my contract next time I ask, I just stopped requesting. Regardless, I left the cons for the end because I would still fully recommend Spoiled, and will followup if anything changes.

While she remained professional, I left with the impression that consultation-only patients were not a priority. After additional waiting, Melanie came in and provided recommendations, including Sculptra and other treatments. However, the consultation felt very rushed. As a first-time patient who knows very little about cosmetic procedures, I was hoping for more education, discussion, and guidance. Instead, I felt like there was little opportunity to ask questions or fully understand the recommendations being made. Afterward, another staff member quickly reviewed treatment plans, membership options, and pricing. This lady/owner is lovely inside and out; her glowing beautiful skin is a testament to how good she is! Kim possesses an endless knowledge of skincare. She's impressive! It breaks up, literally, the patches of brown spots around my t-zone and cheek areas. A couple of days after treatment, I would see brown "flakes" sloughing off of my face where the brown spots/patches were. It was a 5-year journey to finally get A Lot of the damage diminished if not removed altogether thanks to Kim. Well worth the journey and worth every penny!
