For my birthday I decided to treat myself to a facial. After researching for a few days I finally…read moredecided upon Absolute Precision Skin Care based on the great reviews. The reviews that mainly caught my eye were about Carly so I scheduled a facial with her. I later realized I scheduled it a week further out than I wanted to so I called to see if I could be seen sooner. They texted me back saying they had an opening the day I needed but they didn't say it wouldn't be with Carly. I guess I should've confirmed this but when I specifically requested her I assumed I would automatically be booked with her. I was booked with Jessica instead. When I arrived at 12:25 she greeted me at the door and immediately took me to the facial room. Her consultation was very quick and brief. We began the facial at 12:35 and she was finished by 1:22 so I did not receive a full hour facial. Any skin issues I mentioned to her she just repeated back to me when she was examining my face. I would've liked if she had walked me through the facial process step by step. Everything she put on my face was a mystery. The massage wasn't the most relaxing. My neck was tense the entire time. And while masking I just laid under the infrared light while she sat behind me silently. Almost every facial I've had elsewhere I have received a hand or scalp massage while I masked. Also the music was absolutely horrid. It was not relaxing spa music. It was more like boppy coffee shop music during the entire service. My face felt a bit tight afterwards and Jessica did not give me any product recommendations which bummed me out because I was really hoping to take something new home. Being in this industry myself this was not how I would've given the service. Overall I would not go here again.

Clean Your Dirty Face is a good option if you are looking for a no-frills, very quick facial…read moreservice. If you are a first time guest, there is a special for a $35 facial. For me, $35 is just the right price as this is not your typical luxury, spa style treatment. I was greeted quickly on arrival and taken back right on time. Service is provided while sitting in a salon style chair in an open area, so others are getting their facials done next to you. My aesthetician was nice and customized my facial to fit my skin's needs. My skin did feel plumper and more moisturized after my service. I was going on vacation the next day, so I just wanted a little glow. They have a membership which makes the facials a better deal. Personally, I won't come back too often because I prefer going to a spa for a more traditional hour long service. However, I think is a great option for those looking for decent skincare without all the frills.

Nylle and Aja are absolutely amazing!…read more Adding regular facials to your skin care routine is not only an investment in your beauty regimen but in your overall health and wellbeing. Facials are a great stress reliever; they help you to relax as I almost fell asleep during my lymphatic face massage. Facials help with premature aging; with me being over fifty it's important that I am consistent with skin care and I love a healthy, hydrating glow. Facials help improve product absorption; with the price of serums and creams constantly going up, I can't afford for anything to just be sitting on my face. I need it fully absorbed into my skin. That's how the products work. I tried counting how many steps Nylle performed while doing my facial. Between the steamer and her magic hands I would doze off. I know I was cleansed twice and there was an exfoliant applied. I do remember the ice queens with the charcoal mask because the bulbs were cold. Other than that, it's a blur. Afterwards, my skin felt amazing, plump and hydrated. I really enjoyed the blue sea kale serum which I got to keep as I upgraded to the Blue Steel Facial. Worth it. Aja at the reception desk is very welcoming and not at all pushy about getting you to sign up for a membership. They are running a 35$ facial special for a limited time. If you miss this special, go to the website. There is always a code for first timers. I will return for the recommended Zen Facial. Don't expect me to remember it. Lol.
