The staff has been SO wonderful, kind, attentive, fun and genuinely caring throughout the process. I feel in great hands. I will say, the initial consult can feel a bit sales-driven since you're reviewing package options on the spot, and that part can be intimidating. LATE AS 15 minutes and they cancel your services. Also the CO2 LASER IS A MIRACLE. The Botox administered is alright - better than most administrators of the cosmetic injectors I have found in Chicago and suburban areas of Illinois. Be nice super nice because it helps if you decide you want to try adding on a service that day or changing your services.
