I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.

This place is absolutely awful. I tried to have programs printed by this place for my event,…read moredespite several polite attempts on my end to get some type of response, they dont respond. Specifically, three emails and a week straight of phone calls is left with no response. When I first got an estimate from this shop it seemed very reasonable. I then tried several times to get some type of response for a different quote for more prints. No response. When I finally get somebody on the phone to answer my questions, I get just frankly rude and disrespectful responses. I think they forgot who the customer was and who the merchant was. The new estimate was disproportionate and reflected clear money making schemes. Poor service, awful response times, and clear interest in ripping off customers.

Get the envelopes a tad bigger, as ours had edges that were fraying after shipment due to our insert-packed invite 2. Allow for time between order and delivery, as the company did have holiday in between this time. For us, this was no problem as our wedding isn't until December of this year. 3.
