I will highly recommend using Jordan to anyone I know! It was truly an amazing experience working…read morewith Jordan to design the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé! I was recommended to Jordan from a friend who used him and I was a little skeptical since I live out of state and I knew I wouldn't be able to view any of the rings in person. I figured I would give him a chance and I couldn't of been happier. Unlike your normal jeweler store that would try to sell you on a ring in less than an hour, Jordan took the time to guide me through the process and discuss different styles, designs, and budgets. I worked with Jordan for over a month on a perfect design and I would say that I'm probably not the easiest person to work with since I was always changing my mind on the design.. Jordan helped narrow things down and I'm sure we exchanged over 150 texts and emails. I felt like Jordan always gave me his honest opinion and didn't try to push me towards something just because it was more expensive. Once we finally locked in on a design, Jordan quickly provided CAD drawings for the ring (which we revised a few more times) and then he quickly got it into production and shipped to me. What a great experience and my Fiance LOVED the ring!! If you're looking to be hands on and want to be involved in the process, working with Jordan is the way to go! And he'll save you a lot of money along the way.

I was told, "we are by appointment" which seemed odd for a 4th floor "mall" store. Seems like security would be pretty good. There is a reasonable amount of inventory, but a lot of "vintage jewelry", translated means old but not "real". I purchased a couple of pieces that were not "great finds" but she did bundle for a little better price. I might be back or I might not. Three stars seems to hit the mark.

OK- for all of you aspiring Nancy Drews out there- chew on this…read more I recently called House of Kahn Jewelers inquiring if they had any estate engagement rings within our budget. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude to me- mocking my budget, offering me pieces 5 times the cost, and telling me 'You would never get a very big diamond for that kind of money.' Needless to say, I did not visit this business in person, and felt it my Yelp obligation to warn y'all about this wretched customer service. Now, I'm not making any accusations, but within a week of my review, the previously rarely reviewed House of Kahn has received four 5 star reviews. For many of these reviewers, HOK (I swear I just thought that up now) is there only review to date. Coincidence? You decide. To add just a little more shady to an already gross situation, my original August 1stish review of HOK has now disappeared. Coincidence? You decide. Like I said, I'm not making any accusations. I'm just a real person writing a real review... you be the judge.

I was a bit surprised to not find more jewelers - most pieces that are in the store, you've already seen on their IG. There's not many pieces that you haven't seen. There were definite collections (some by the owner Viviana) but I was expecting more options for the large space. Their bridal case is gorgeous with several of options to get your creative mind going- both for engagement rings and wedding bands. Very cool alternatives to "mall jewelry stores"! Yes yes yes! I walked out with a teeny charm to add to my neck mess and a curb chain earring. The curb chain earring was 14k gold with a CZ at the end with a pricing just under $300. Pairing real with not real was a bit silly to me, I wanted either less (vermeil with the CZ) or more (14k with a diamond... I also still purchased because it was so damn cool. Cool pieces, cool staff, cool interior! You could just as easily shop their IG but going in to shop is fun!
