I have a lot of experience with lashes, and sometimes had a reaction. My pre-session research made me feel that it was going to be a big healing event and maybe even require me to be home for a week or so. NOPE! Tareylon is a pro, and after the numbing was put on for 20 minutes, it just felt like a little vibration. A teeny bit of a pinch as it wore off, but not bad at all. I didn't have to over communicate the look I was going for...she just talked to me, tuned in and NAILED IT. I am over the MOON! I love, love, love it and now, 5 hours later, hardly have any swelling or pain. I can't wait to go back for round 2 in 4 weeks. So glad I did this, and very glad it was with such a sweet and experienced person.

The nails turned out good for the most part, and the designs were really pretty. William did a great job with the SNS French, including heart and flower designs. The atmosphere could have been more relaxing. A phone rang pretty loudly at one point, and the conversations among staff were a bit loud, which made it harder to unwind. I arrived a few minutes early to let her know my boss couldn't attend and I was there in her place. After rescheduling for a new appointment, I let her know I was ready for the application instead. I was told this was a problem and although I showed up for the scheduled appointment, she had a waitlist of neighbors that were waiting to have their lashes done instead. Even after explaining we were first time customers and no one was aware of her policy, she still turned me away. Honestly, it made it seem as if she just didnt want to do my lashes, or maybe I wasnt the 'type' of person she liked applying lashes on. As a business owner that was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER. The appointment was made and should have been honored. What if my boss was surprising me and this was a gift? What if she booked the appointment in her name, but really it was for me all along?? Because our names didnt match or we didnt look alike, I would get turned away from services? Whatever the case may be, as the Office Manager for a VERY busy company in North Georgia, I definitely know unprofessionalism when I see it, and in no way would I handle any of our customers in that manner. Especially when its unwarranted. Maybe I should have told her that I am also a makeup artist and was in the same industry as her, excited to try something new. Would that have changed her mind? Smh
