My new go to spot for Botox! I have what I consider ugly chin dimples (orange peel effect), and a set of thin lips on my forehead. I always get Botox for those two areas and pay about $300 ($10/unit). This location has the best price around, and it's definitely a lunch time procedure. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The lady at the front desk was very kind, but don't expect any small talk from Dr.G. He is very busy, and gets you in and out which is fine with me. For the price and my results $246 ($8/unit) I'd definitely recommend them for Botox. Hopefully it last 4-5 months like usual. They have specials and Groupons too so if you time it right, it may be even cheaper ($6/unit). My next visit with them will be for teeth whitening. I'll post a follow-up review on that, and let you ladies and gents know how long my Botox lasted before a revamp was needed. read more

My face hurts. It throbs and I feel like I've been punched while having while simultaneously having it dipped in hot oil. Yep, I paid good money for this...I asked for this!!! Ok seriously, it did feel like that for about 45 minutes after my fractional laser treatment but it is much better now, five hours later. I can't tell you if the laser made a difference, I can't tell you if the other 2 laser treatments I purchased will make any difference to this face that is beginning to show its 41 years of life. What I can tell you is that if you are considering laser or any other cosmetic procedure is that this is the place I will now recommend to everyone. When I first had this crazy idea I did a lot of internet research and every single thing I read had conflicting information. So after seeing a Groupon for the fractional laser here I gave them a call and asked if I could just come in for a consult and have all of my questions answered. The day I called I was fortunate enough to have Dorian answer the phone. In my opinion, Dorian has attained levels of awesomeness that would be hard to beat. This guy is a gem. He runs the place and made an appt for my consult that SAME day and guided me there. Dorian has also patiently dealt with my subsequent phone calls and emails! He is a wonderful representative for them. I had my consult with the lovely Kathy and she patiently answered my million questions and explained the whole procedure. When I left I felt much more comfortable considering the procedure. Kathy never tried to push me or up-sell me so that was great. She was also un-offended by my questions about her credentials and experience (both are great!) Finally I decided to schedule so once again I was pestering Dorian. He got me scheduled but due to my time constraints I wasn't able to see Kathy so I was scheduled with Sylvia. So as I said, I had my first session today. I couldn't have been happier with Sylvia, she's a very patient woman as well as being very kind. She worked quickly and competently while reassuring and encouraging me. After years of wanting my lips done I finally gave in when I found a place with reasonable prices. I got there a little early and they were very accommodating and got me in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Dr. Gavrikov was friendly and quick. I am so happy and confident with my lips. I got one syringe of restylane and walked out with perfectly plump lips. The picture attached is before and 4 days after the injection. I had very minimal bruising and swelling. I had a fraxel/ fractional laser treatment done here. I wasn't sure which one was the proper term as the Groupon said fraxel but the technicians kept saying fractional. It was the Palomar laser machine. They had rescheduled me 3x for this procedure due to overbooking and their laser being out of service. When I finally the procedure done I had arrived too late for them to numb my skin. Luckily, the laser treatment was so painful they could only get through half my face. They were only able to complete 1 pass on half my face, and apologized to me because they said the treatment usually involves 3 passes over the entire face. My face burned and burned. The third day after the treatment I called in because I noticed enlarged pores and pinhole scabs. They told me it was too early in the process and I had to let my skin heal to see how my results will turn out. Things did not get better over time. I called back again later and they advised me to book another treatment and I told them no way! They tried to sell me on other facial treatments too. I moisturized my face 6x a day over the first two weeks because it was constantly dry and irritated. I wore spf 50 everyday and still do. It has been about a month now and my skin is no longer smooth, I noticed loss of elasticity and fullness, and scarring issues. I have more wrinkles on one half of my forehead than the other! Because they only did this to half of my face, it is pretty clear to see the differences and the negative effects of this laser. I looked up laser treatments online and saw many other negative reviews and similar results. I would advise to not get this service done here. If this is what one pass did to my face I can't image what would have happened if they did more! read more

Ok, my review is for the Laser Hair Removal Service only (not any other services). I am African-American (fair-skinned), but in the laser world, my skin is considered dark and the hair that I am attempting to have removed is also dark. I have received laser hair removal on my chin before visiting this business and had great results but it was pricey. I purchased this deal for $79, which is a great price considering I previously paid over $700 for a chin package at another spa. I must say that after 5 treatments, I have not noticed ANY results. My hair is still in the same position that it was in prior to coming here for treatments. I am disappointed, but not mad, because the deal was so cheap. The technician here is so sweet and they get me in and out in about 15 minutes, so this can certainly be a lunch treatment if it works for you. My opinion is that the laser they are using is not designed for darker skin tones or dark hair. I have one more treatment left and I am contemplating not even going because of the results. If the hair had been removed, I would give them 5 stars. They said that they are getting a new laser to use so maybe that will change things, but if you have white skin and light-colored hair, this may be the place for you :/ read more

I visited this spa for laser hair removal treatments about a month ago. I am Native American and have medium, olive skin with dark, coarse hair. I have received laser treatments in the past from other spas in the area. The spa was nice and the staff was friendly, but as far as the actual treatments go i haven't noticed much of a difference.
