Called David and as is customary, he picked up the phone and I informed him of the situation. David said to give him a bit of time and he would call me back. True to his word, which is the norm with David, he did and informed me that one of his techs, Alejandro, would be arriving in 15-20 minutes, which he did. Alejandro assessed the situation and had the necessary parts in his truck to perform the repair on the spot, which he did flawlessly. He also performed a tune up and lubricated all of the necessary components. The garage door is in perfect working order thanks to Alejandro.
