I was very pleased that he was able to work around my work schedule and came to my home after I returned from work the same day that we spoke. He arrived around the time that he said he would. He even let me know prior to his arrival that he would be arriving in 30 minutes. I appreciate the good communication. Once he arrived, he identified the problem--wrong size spring installed by the previous homeowners. He also explained that the springs on my Other door, while not broken in half, were on their way out and also the wrong size for my door which is why they were stretched and misshapen.
