While we were bending our rods and pulling fish out left and right, we did see other charter boats around, but it seemed like we were the only one catching anything. The two gentlemen Aaron and Daryl were very nice and informative. It was very chilly so bring a jacket if going after summer . For me it was just ok a little boring boat went very slow and the scenery seemed to be all the same . The boat needs some sprucing up for sure . The other boats available at that marina were far nicer and seemed more comfortable. Would i recommend this boat tour? Yes but I do think there's better options .

In this particular case, I wish I can give less than a zero or negative star to alert the public : PLEASE STAY AWAY from The Gulstream boat club for your own safety and benefit ! This company's goal is not your safety but it seems solely making profit out of you. They do not invest enough money, time or compassion in customer's safety and therefore they minimize or skip the majority of essential safety training which shall jeopardize your safety in very near future. In the beginning of the membership, I received a bare minimum 30 minute training to steer the boat which they want you believe that's all that needed for a safe boat operation and I naively believed them but later I discovered it is FAR from safety. Not only they will charge you HUNDREDS of dollars for ANY INCIDENTS, even without physical boat damage or damage not due to your default, but also your SAFETY will be on thin thread because of very same reason, THE LACK OF SUFFICIENT SAFETY TRAINING. I also heard about multiple rumors of boat accidents in this club, which I do believe it goes back to the very same reason, LACK OF SUFFICIENT SAFETY TRAINING !!! It's an analogy of letting a toddler to walk without support or a student pilot fly a Boeing 747 without a sufficient training waiting for an accident happens. The office manager, when asked, instead of providing preemptive and preventive training, she said customers who needs training are supposed let her know what area of weakness ?! Don't you need ALL and SUFFICIENT safety training BEFORE operating a boat and allow only those who passes the test ?! Instead, this company does the exact opposite and let you go out without enough training and waiting for the accident happen. That is a clear NEGLECT !!! Unless you are a dare devil and willing to take a chance, which I mistakenly and naively did so in the beginning because this club was the closest from my home. As the incidents happened, even they are due to their own training problem and forces of nature such as storm, current, tide etc, they still suspend your membership without refund the down payment which is literally a rip off. And honestly, when confronted, Alex,who is the company owner, actually said he wants "I made the decision to protect my business and expensive boats costs me hundreds of thousands dollars" not mentioning a single sentence about customer's/my safety. it's surprise to see how the state government is still allowing this company operates this way. Unless this serious fundamental safety issues are completely resolved, which I do not see it near future, you will be better off stay CLEAR and FAR AWAY and look for a bigger and better boat club !!!
