They provided a cooler with ice and water as well as numerous floats and shelling bags. The whole experience was relaxing and refreshing. Our captain for the day was Jordan and she was Spectacular with keeping us on time and showing us around. We did a 4 hour boat tour but were able to have time on the slide and visit two islands. We saw tons of dolphins, the weather was beautiful, and we peppered Dylan with questions about the boat, about his career, about the area. After we turned back towards the marina, Dylan started to experience some issues with the boat. It was sputtering and stalling -- it seemed as though it wasn't getting fuel through the fuel line. Dylan kept his cool and tried to troubleshoot, and then decided to throw out an anchor and get out of the channel for safety's sake. We were all in great spirits and nobody was worried about anything. We felt completely safe and nobody was hard-pressed to return by a certain hour. He managed to work it out and we returned about 15-20 minutes later. (We thought it was an extra bonus!) We applaud his professionalism and his ability to keep his cool. Would recommend this tour to ANYONE!

My group was brought over from our hotel on trolleys and directed up a flight of stairs. Once we found the correct door, we were led into the dolphin room. We had cocktail hour there, which was cool - as we could walk around the dolphin exhibit while enjoying a cocktail (or 3). After cocktails, we went upstairs to a ballroom area and had dinner and drinks, listened to award presentations, and then had a live band with karaoke. The catering staff was great, although the fish entree was cold and not very flavorful (not the fault of the aquarium IMO). This was a highlight of my business trip and I thoroughly enjoyed the dolphins.

Literally no fish whatsoever. You walk around the tank as you walk around the aquarium there are window all the way around, but again, the tank was completely empty. There were other areas of the aquarium that were under construction due to either renovations or expansion. Due to this there were multiple enclosures that had no fish are animals to view. It's a little disappointing when you are traveling for vacation and the aquarium was the place that your daughter was looking forward to the most. All this while still charging full price for admission. All that being said, they have a very friendly and informed staff and volunteers that clearly do a lot for the marine life. It is very commendable the way they are nursing injured marine life back to health. Definitely more of a rescue center than an aquarium.

I found Fins up on yelp but with only one review (I believe they are a newer excursion), so I initially was hesitant to book because I was not sure what to expect. Glad I took the chance with them to provide us an unforgettable experience. Mark and Deanna were great! The boat was awesome and provided plenty of options for shade for me since on day one at the beach I got a bad sunburn, Deanna and Mark were super accommodating, Mark offered extra sunblock and Deanna gave me advice on where to sit on the boat for the least amount of sun exposure (since I did not want to cancel the excursion) They also provide Ice, so BYOB! The trip was a little over an hour an a half, we saw quite a bit of Dolphins on the way to one tree island to do our shell collecting, before heading back to the marina. I definitely recommend trying them out if looking for a dolphin excursion for an affordable price with an awesome crew. I think I spent 58 dollars for the two of us, plus tip, obviously tips are not required, but, I'm sure they're appreciated!! Thanks again Mark and Deanna!!
