Poor after sales experience…read more Hawkins was recommended by my cabinet designer so that is where we went with our drawings to pick out appliances. Having no experience with down drafts, blowers and how they are installed,we ordered what was recommended to us. Come to find out after the blower was delivered that there are various options for blowers that would be compatible with the down draft for various installations, some with 10" ducts and external installations, and some with 8" ducts for internal installations. No questions about installation were ever asked by the salesman. I have 8" joists in the basement, making the installation of the considerably more expensive 10" external blower almost impossible. Not to mention the extensive cutting of the block wall in the basement that would be required. Tried to do a return of the 10" blower and was told this is not possible? What?!?!? The only solutions offered were that they could try and sell it on consignment and take a commission, or try and sell it myself on FB market place. So I had to purchase another blower to complete my kitchen renovation and am now stuck with trying to sell the 10" blower to try and recoup some of my money.

He also told us that he had a car break under warranty that hadn't been repaired in 10 months, and it was just our tough luck. We used this appliance store for years, but we never will use it again. They don't appear to care about loyal customers at all.

I needed appliance service at my summer home while I was away. The dishwasher would mysteriously…read moreand spontaneously start. I was pleased to have the technician call me, on site, and explain in some detail the cause of the failure and the effect of the failure. In the process, I learned features of the dishwasher I was not aware of. There is a safety feature monitoring the overflow pan and my dishwasher fill valve leaked causing the the washer to eventually overflow to the pan. A part was ordered and a week later all was well.

County Appliance is one of those hidden gem companies that you're lucky to find. I've had them…read moreservice both my stackable washer/dryer (when something got tangled) and my refrigerator (when it stopped cooling/freezing), and both times they not only fixed the problem, they left me raving about how great they are. My fridge was giving an error code that I thought was "freezer fan" so they ordered me a new part before coming out to fix it. When the service tech came out, he ended up diagnosing that the fridge got switched into demo/store mode and it wasn't the freezer fan at all. Which lowered my bill to a simple trip charge! Honest pricing and reliable service will keep me as a loyal customer to County Appliance until the day I die. I highly recommend them to anybody needing help with their appliances. Thank you again County Appliance for the exceptional service and for your expertise.

The technician called during the 1.5 hours saying he would be at our house in 10 minutes and he was. Prior to entering the house, he put on shoe booties. Daniel Hayward was professional, knowledgeable and showed me the issue with my five year old LG washer. He fixed the issue promptly and I threw in towels to make sure the very loud noise during the spin cycle no longer occurred. While he was here, I mentioned an issue with our 18 year old GE refrigerator. He explained that since he was already here, rather than charging me $99 service charge, it would only be $79. Once more he showed me the issue and promptly completed the repair. I was very pleased and would recommend him to others.

It's been over a week and we made 5- 6 phone calls to find out when the parts will be delivered to our house and no one called us back with delivery info. One call service person lied to us and stated the parts were shipped to our house. I had to drive to their business address (108 Commons Ct, Chadds Ford, PA) and I spoke to Br who stated the parts were never ordered. Br immediately ordered the parts. Fr's boss, (856) 727-0098, promised us a 25% discount because of all of our problems. Mr Appliance is a bad joke run by clowns and they have no consideration for the customer. The only good news is the technicians were outstanding. Suggestion, fire management and let the technicians run the company.

We are so happy to have found our new, go-to business for our unfortunate misfortunes. Our…read morerefrigerator conked out last night, and I called them in the morning. They were at our house within an hour (probably would have been sooner if it didn't take me a half an hour to get home from work). Very friendly, and explained everything to me as he was working. Got us up and running in no time. No pressure, no BS....just a true family business right out of the 60's. What a wonderful find!

We've been loyal customers of All Brand for years, and my mother has also used Dan's services…read moremultiple times. We've always tried to support this local small business, which is why this experience was so disappointing. We were given an appointment window of 12:00-2:00 PM. My husband wanted to be present to discuss an issue with our washing machine, but he was at work only about 10 minutes away. When the office called to say Dan was on his way, my husband immediately said he'd leave work and be home in about 10 minutes. The problem was that Dan arrived at least 30 minutes before our appointment window even began. Instead of waiting the 10 minutes my husband needed to get home, he became upset, saying he didn't have time to wait and that this was why he gives appointment windows. We found that response confusing, since he was the one who arrived before the agreed-upon window. We understand that service schedules can change and appreciate when technicians are ahead of schedule. However, arriving early shouldn't create an obligation for customers to be available before the scheduled window begins. We also felt that, as repeat customers who had supported the business over the years, a little courtesy and flexibility would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. It's disappointing to lose a local company we've trusted for years, but professionalism and respect for customers' time matter just as much as respecting a technician's schedule.
