I am not really sure why, but some employee kept following me around the store. She tried to act all casual about it but she was clearly keeping an eye on me until I was pretty irritated. I am in my fifties and had an suv parked outside their front door, so I am not exactly the robber looking type but for whatever reason I felt like I was being looked at as a potential criminal. I got the shoes that I wanted, although there are so many of them it took me a little bit to find them. At least they had size!

Here at the sketchers store in Springfield. Looking for a size 12 but there seems to be a shortage. Girl says, "10-12 are our most popular sizes and the go fast" My thought process says, IF THATS YOUR MOST POPULAR SIZES, WHY DO YOU STOCK MORE OF THOSE SIZES!!!! What a stupid business plan. Visited this store hoping to buy some new shoes for both myself and my dad. When we walked in, we were the only 2 customers in the entire store but were never greeted. We took a look around at the displays with the different style shoes but couldn't find the slip ins in the women's section. I walked up to the front desk to ask the worker where those shoes were. She was leaning against the desk on her phone. I stood there for a good 10-15 seconds before she decided to look up from her phone and ask me if she could help me with something, as if I was annoying her. I am so disappointed that this is the kind of customer service Skechers thinks is acceptable. read more
