They had some cute tops but nothing that I thought I might want for myself. I did look through their Disney Loungefly bags, as I love those! They had an Aurora one I really wanted to get, but didn't see fitting into our current luggage situation. I'll check online and see if I can't get it shipped tho. They had a podium blocking entry so they could control the number of persons in the store at one time and offered hand sanitizer if you wanted it. All employees were wearing their masks properly and it felt safe. Overall: A Good location, recognizing social distancing guidelines and had fun products.

She was the sweetest, most helpful person we could have hoped for. From helping us find the perfect jewelry to spending a few minutes talking about some of the great bands in the lineup for Bonnaroo this summer along with their merch we were looking for, everything she did for us was incredibly helpful and informative. I will definitely be revisiting this store in hopes she or someone with her charm will be working again.

I purchased their $5000 package spa service that…read morecomes with the necklift metamorphosis system and the oxygen cream, along with free facials and free 5 refills on any item I choose. I paid $2000 up front for this package because I had $2000 on my debit card and the remaining $3000 on another card I left at home, and left with the two items and an agreement I would return that same day with the remaining $3000. After leaving the store, I found out the device was only worth $200 and came back 2 hours later with the unopened, still seal items in hand to return them. They denied my return, so I emailed their corporate office. After a week of back and forth emails, they finally tell me no they will not return the items even though the charge on my card had NOT gone through until AFTER I tried returning the items. Also, the facial I went in for ended up just being a cream put on my face. MICHELLE, the representative handling my transaction, did everything she could to gain access to my bank account number by taking my phone from me and tried logging into my bank app herself to the point I got locked out of my bank app from her entering my password wrong too many times! THIS IS THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

It's a fact my feet are so wide that I normally get my sneakers in the men's section at Academy because the women's wide with shoes are just not wide enough. For some reason they give them in more room in the tow box I guess because their toes are bigger? LOL! I found so many cute shoes and all were buy one get one half off. The clearance section also had an abundance of options so I walked out with three gorgeous new pair of athletic shoes and I couldn't be happier with the value and the selection. Customer service was also top-notch and the cashier let me know by signing up for emails I would get an additional 10% off!! Bonus!! I also will give customer service bonus points because there was a sign on the front door saying that the restroom was out of order. I mentioned to the girl that greeted me when I walked in that that was a bummer because I kind of needed to go and she took me back to the employee restroom. How kind!
