Hands down THE best service I have had in a long time!! I ordered shoes for my granny to replace the awesome ones she had previously purchased from this location, but ended up needing to exchange due some foot issues. Not only did Mallory bend over backwards to order the shoes and ship to us (we live over an hour away) but then she and her staff were over the top helpful with the exchange. My granny tried on probably a dozen shoes thanks to Mallory knowing which shoes were made for her foot issue and what shoes would be comfortable in the styles she liked. We had such great service from both Mallory and her staff that we ended up finding two pair for my granny and two pair for me! 100% recommend this location, they know their stuff and we will be back! read more

I walked in this store and was completely ignored by two associates who were busy chatting. I had a shoe in my hand and would have liked to have tried the other shoe on but after over 10 minutes of being ignored in the store, I walked out. I told the young lady(one who ignored me)as I was walking out, thank you for offering to help me. I have shopped here for many years and this was the worst service or lack there of I have ever had. I'm never, ever used to having a customer service experience this good. I bought a pair of awesome leather Remonte boots here a few weeks ago. Though they're water/snow repellant, I noticed a few greasy stains on them after a few days. The weather had been particularly bad, so I thought maybe I'd stomped an oil puddle by accident, and decided to head back to Plaza to see if they had any advice about how to get the stains out. I had zero expectations of them being able to help, but figured it was worth a shot. When I got there, they were incredibly kind and seemed flummoxed about where the marks came from. They took pictures of the stains (which had been wet for several days... what did I step in?!?!) and assured me they'd give me a call back either with a solution or a pair of replacement boots. Sure enough, today I got a call that there were replacement boots waiting for me at the store, so I went in and swapped them out, easy peasy. If you're looking for quality boots, tennis shoes, etc. (other brands here included Birkenstock, New Balance and Think!) with a great, invested staff, Plaza's your store. read more

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this very friendly locally owned store. We were visiting from Kansas City and found this store on the internet. They have the best selection of Keens I've ever seen. In addition, Kelsey was super helpful, attentive and not pushy at all. In fact she told me she had last years model of the shoe I was going to buy for a discount. I also found a pair of Keens I'd been searching for for a couple years. A few months ago (pre COVID) I needed a pair of Chacos for a trip I had planned to Mexico. Many of my friends suggested chacos for their comfort and durability. I did some online searching, reading a reviews and comparing prices. I usually online shop for convenience. However, most of the reviews advised to try before you buy because they are so unique. I also had a few days before my trip and time was a major factor. I went to Plaza and was greeted immediately. Mallory assisted me and asked me important questions! For example, she asked if I would be doing any tourist activities (hiking, excursions, etc.). She also showed a huge selection of Chacos that were discounted on sale. Mallory had no problem with touching my feet and helping coordinate the straps (the straps are like an insane puzzle).
