Shame they cant honour their promises. Had a sizing issue and the team were great, but they shouldn't be shipping international if they can stomach the charges set by their blessed President for returned products . I run a buisness shipping overseas and duties etc are a killer, so we dont and sometimes we do, it's part of the territory. To remove a discount offer to me because they paid duties isn't my issue. This place has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it is more of an "online" thing than a real store. They carry all things safety related, and I needed some steel toe boots, so I went there rather than just order them because you never know about footwear sizing. The people working were all nice, although completely swamped and distracted. I was shown boots and ended up ordering a pair because they didn't have the right size. Waited 2 weeks, then got a call that I needed to pick out another pair because the ones I had a deposit on were discontinued. Went back again, and was told they were dropping a particular brand, and picking up another line of boots from another manufacturer, however the new brand had not arrived. Took my information and promised to call when they arrived so I could come back. Never called. In the time I have lived in this area, I have always tried to use local merchants first, and I have been burned more times than not. I don't really see the difference in priorities between a potential cyber order, and some guy standing right in front of you with cash saying he wants to buy boots. I would have been better off pulling out my phone and punching them up on the internet while I was standing there. Take down the "open to the public" sign if real people bother you. read more
