Our daughter got some gross cotton candy flavor that we can't abide, but we went for a huckleberry cup and huckleberry milkshake. The ice cream itself had huckleberries that were so frozen that they crunched unpleasantly--like they had been added from a freezer bag. The milkshake, on the other hand, tasted like pure vanilla because the proportions were all off. Bottom line is that the people have spoken and this place sucks! Two stars. No thank you.

As did the tuna melt, and their iced tea on a hot day. Everyone comes to eat here: tourists, locals, on bikes, in trucks, from all around. If you arrive at lunchtime, you may encounter a wait but they have plenty of trees to park yourself under until it's your turn for a table.

Hearty, freshly baked toasted bread topped with pesto aioli, sliced avocado, and pico--it was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I wasn't convinced the pico would be a good addition but it was pitch perfect. The service was friendly. The shop is very small. When we arrived we were seated fairly quickly and attended too pretty frequently but not overly done. The beer variety was good, they had everything from pilsners, stouts, pale ales, etc. I grabbed a burger and my partner had fish and chips. Both tasty and good sized portions. I would recommend coming here if you happen to be in the area.
