Had Handy plumbing take care of an initial job. I thought the tech that did the assessment would do the job since he seemed to know what he was doing, Instead, he sent a relative. The tech kept having to contact other techs since he didnt seem to know how to address the issue and admitted he just started. Eventually he finished the job but took forever. I had another issue come up recently and Handy Plumbing sent that same tech. Again, he was having issues, and a simple job that should have finished that morning took the whole day.
