I lost my wedding ring and was worried that my son may have flushed it down the toilet, so I called them to come out and see if they could help find it. The plumber was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough. He completely took the toilet apart and checked all the way down multiple times to make sure we weren't missing anything. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find my ring but he went above and beyond to help me figure out what happened. We had to break the toilet to completely check , and he even provided us with a brand-new toilet to replace it. He was also extremely respectful, kind, and reassuring. I was already stressed and upset about losing something so special, and he made me feel completely at ease. He cleaned everything up afterward and left the bathroom looking great. Even though we didn't find my wedding ring, I'm so grateful for the effort, honesty, and kindness they showed me. I would absolutely recommend Blue Gold Plumbing Company to anyone who needs a plumber. Wonderful service and genuinely kind people!

I really appreciated that he didn't just solve the problem but he made sure I understood it. It's rare to find a company that combines excellent workmanship with such responsive customer service and genuine care for its customers. I highly recommend Mike, Ammar, and the entire Blue Gold Plumbing team. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!

Overall, I appreciate that attention to detail, and that they were able to squeeze in the additional work. The price for everything was very reasonable. The guys were very communicative, straightforward and I feel very comfortable using them again in the future for plumbing work. Highly recommend!
