I'm so glad I called - they picked up immediately Saturday morning and sent someone out within 2 hours. They were also super professional and clear with communication - because my car had been out and it was really hot that day, they warned me they couldn't in good conscience try the fix at that time because the heat made it much more likely for the repair to cause further damage. They worked with me to find another time later in the day they could come. They came back later in the afternoon when it was cooler and fixed it - and it looks really clean! There are no more cracks; just a small circular clear point where they had to put the glue. Amazing job well done, excellent service, and clear communication. So grateful Yelp helped me find these folks and so grateful they did such an excellent job with the repair! So much better than having to replace a full windshield :)

The windshield was cracked for about one foot long without any sign of hitting. So I reached out to the technician and he said it wasn't under any warranty unless it was due to workmanship or water leaking. At first, it sounded like they were not behind their product. So I said the windshield was faulty and cracked inside the car. However, he still didn't understand my point but keeping telling me that it wasn't covered if it was impacted by something like a rock. So I felt like I needed to talk to the manager and address my concerns. In addition, I requested a different brand in case they needed to replace it. After the appointment was set, the windshield had a couple more cracks just like the one before. So without a doubt, the shop had no problem to replace it at no cost. They also apologized that was the first time they had this faulty windshield. At the end, I am still thankful to find them. I'd definitely have given them 5 stars if they would have listened to me before making all sorts of assessment.

Turns out the eBay seller sold me the smaller glass so they couldn't install it BUT they repackaged my glass so it didn't even look like it had ever been opened and sent me on my way. Amazing service and kind staff and owners. I will give them any business I can and suggest them to all my friends for glass needs. HISTORY: I wanted to get the front windows tinted 30% on my 2021 Tesla Model Y. Firstly, I have…read morebeen to ACJ before with my 2015 Civic and got front and back windows tinted with carbon 20% and it was great other than fading on the front tips of the tint where the window was covered by the rubber seals and that is why I returned. THE QUOTE: Through Yelp message they gave me a quote for my Tesla though I did not provide % I wanted. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me 30% was only available in ceramic - price was more than quoted. THE MAIN PROBLEM: the ceramic tint is green and my stock tint on the rear windows are brownish. I can definitely notice when looking at the car from the side. I just feel like they should have known and could have told me about the color difference since they have tinted Teslas before. NOW WHAT? I can probably go back and have the tint replaced under warranty since there are a few small bubbles. I was told they can replace with different tint % only if lower or same cost. BUT they will take longer for warranty work since its unpaid - prob over an hour. I just don't feel like waiting so I guess I will live with it for now...

He is genuinely one of the nicest and most respectful people I've met. We chatted for a bit, and interestingly, I realized that about 14 years ago, I had my Camry windshield replaced at this same shop while waiting for my wife to pick me up. That level of consistency and longevity says a lot. I let Mo know I needed to head to San Jose and would be back around 5 PM to pick up the car. He was very understanding and accommodating. When I returned, the car looked like new again. The installation was flawless, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I got a quote on the spot for the windows, and Mo called back with a quote on tinting a short while later. The quote included replacement tinting on my rear window (might as well while he was at it), and both quotes were very reasonable. The whole job was completed in a few hours, and I was all windowed up again before the rains started. They did a beautiful job. I know removing the old tint was not easy, so I appreciated that Mo not only took care of it, but so quickly! They were also both so kind.
